Very unprofessional...if you make it to your appointment 2 hours early it shouldn't take 2 hours to unload 1/3rd of a 53 foot trailer. I was then told that I had been skipped over because I was forgotten about. There should always, always be someone at the shipping and receiving desk to make sure orders come in and go out smoothly. ALWAYS!!! This was my second time coming up here and got the same result as the first time. Just terrible. Dropping the ball is not an option when it comes to a business like this. As a trucker your time is one of the most valuable tools that you have. When your time is late up sitting at a dock that means that it's messing with your money. I know that y'all wouldn't want anybody messing up your checks. Get it together!!!
