NEGATIVE 5!! These all must be totally FAKE reviews! How do you have such a large company, but you can never get a person on the phone, these idiots do not have voice mails and either their receptionist is completely inept, or they just throw away their phones messages that she supposedly takes. I find it very hard to believe that they actually win cases. Nicole is a complete nightmare, she is rude and contemptuous. They have been told at least 5 times that they need to request updated doctor files, but have yet to do it, the notes that they actually do have are at least 2 years old. They obviously do not keep notes in their files because after 3 years of this with them, they still have no idea what my diagnosis is, they have to ask me each time they talk to me. I have only been able to talk to a paralegal named Justin, who cannot seem to get what is needed for my case or the completely horrid Nicole. If I get denied this last time for disability, I will be taking my business to an actual attorney who knows what they are doing. And these shysters will not see a penny. If I could fire them right now I would.
