my credit card was hacked and use to made 1 transaction to this company. I was forced to blocked my credit card and this case is stil under investigation by bank side. very suspicious company as the direct benefit is them

Initially,had some issues with the services provided but has been rectified and a very happy customer now. I screwed up my DNS and they guide me all the way. I am not an expert in setting up WP and Unix hosting, cpanel etc. But I do understand the basic.

bought my domain and mail hosting from Shinjiru and have been using them for years. Service support is thumbs up and I always get almost instant reply, whether via email or Telegram.
really helpful for someone like me who is not so tech-savvy and runs an online business.

EDIT 16.4.2019 - Finally our problem was dealt with and email issues are finally resolved. Finally broke through the front line support "firewall" and got to the Senior System Admin to look into the problem, and it was solved with professionalism. Thanks!

Usually I write bad reviews. But after weeks of their inability to solve our problem with their email IP address issue with Spamhaus, I had to get someone's attention. Because talking to their Senior Support sure didn't help. And calling their office, asking for manager or other upper management, because i wanted to avoid writing bad comment, but too bad their staff is very protective of their upper management. To be fair to them, we are using shared hosting, but what's unfair is most of our emails are frequently blocked by Spamhaus, and emailing their tech support is like writing to bots.

3. nope didn't work I'm getting bounce back message again
4. wash rince repeat.

I'm wondering if Kenneth D., Amir N. and Siti S. are actual people. Hi I would love to meet you guys. So I can story you how frustrating all our emails didn't reach the recipients. Or provide some explanation why Spamhaus don't like us, because after weeks nobody calls me to offer an explanation.

Called customer service regarding a problem and they advised two option. Either create a ticket or chat through telegram Shinjiru Hosting. I chose telegram chat and the response was swift and my problem got solved within the hour!

For those who wants a reliable web server & host.

Really patient tech support team. I am very ignorant about how to use Plesk and cPanel. I screwed up here and there, but in the end, they always help this noob rookie out. :D

dont use this hosting, it will block your ip even if you key in email password wrong in your iphone. imagine someone try to hack you email account from public wifi, all user there will not be able your service such as website. other provider better, such as hostinger.my. cheaper and better service. better yet use google vps. only rm1 per month with free google credit.
