This is absolutely the BEST hosting company in Malaysia. Price is reasonable, value is good. Support is UNBEATABLE. A technical issue happened on my WordPress site, and they were with me the whole day on Telegram to resolve it. And it was a weekend. I really can't ask for more.
Customer since 2008. Recently purchased more domains and hosting. Filled in their webform requesting quote for web development. Almost immediately I start receiving calls and emails from India based development companies. Some in the middle of the night!!!
This company cannot be trusted with your information! Called 24/7 support number spoke with Dahni about why my hosting confirmed cancellation request had not been actioned within their notified time frame. All he wanted was an email sent and then pretended to be looking through my account history. After 50 minutes he decided he had better really look at my account and established POI.
This company used to be my first choice and recommendation. Never again. MCMC complaint being lodged regarding breach of privacy.
"Building trust online" is their slogan but the way they manage customer data cannot be trusted. They are a total joke.

Have stopped using their service of five years after many incidences of phishing and hacking attempts this year.
They have admitted to receiving attacks on their servers, leaving tickets open with no resolution and copy-pasting generic responses when communicating technical issues with customers.
The public and small to mid sized companies needs to know this before they spend their fund on this abyssal service.
I decided to engage with Shinjiru Technology because of the overwhelming positive response of their staff and services. I was further assured of their quality when I saw that they have been in operation for 23 years and the layout of their website is much clean and has a more user-friendly interface.
