Initially,had some issues with the services provided but has been rectified and a very happy customer now. This particular staff by the name of Ms Siti has been professional,knowledgeable,high level of patience and very calm in handling my issue. It is because of her our company decided to maintain and continue the service with Shinjiru. A big KUDOS to Ms Siti for her 'coolness' in handling the matter.
