EDIT 16.4.2019 - Finally our problem was dealt with and email issues are finally resolved. Finally broke through the front line support "firewall" and got to the Senior System Admin to look into the problem, and it was solved with professionalism. Thanks!

Usually I write bad reviews. But after weeks of their inability to solve our problem with their email IP address issue with Spamhaus, I had to get someone's attention. Because talking to their Senior Support sure didn't help. And calling their office, asking for manager or other upper management, because i wanted to avoid writing bad comment, but too bad their staff is very protective of their upper management. To be fair to them, we are using shared hosting, but what's unfair is most of our emails are frequently blocked by Spamhaus, and emailing their tech support is like writing to bots.

I'm wondering if Kenneth D., Amir N. and Siti S. are actual people. Hi I would love to meet you guys. So I can story you how frustrating all our emails didn't reach the recipients. Or provide some explanation why Spamhaus don't like us, because after weeks nobody calls me to offer an explanation.
