Cassidee (our salesperson) at Sherwood Kia was absolutely incredible to work with on our Stinger. Attentive, engaged, respectful, and possibly one of the most pleasant people I ve ever dealt with. The sales manager Kim was terrific as well. She greeted us as if we were family. Everyone else we dealt with trough the process were fabulous as well. Obviously putting a customer first is in their DNA. It s more than what they do, it s who they are through and through. And more than that you can feel it. It s genuine. I can t recommend them highly enough. Looking for a KIA, you don t need to look anywhere else. It s too bad I m limited to 5 stars... if I could, I d give them 10. Thanks everyone at Sherwood Kia... a true pleasure.

Service department update. Had my first check up and service. They certainly were on top of everything. The car ready was sooner than expected. Even with all the social distancing measure in place, the experience was friendly and professional.
