Rooms were ok, but not great. We had a deck, but there was a bar on the door to keep it from opening enough to get out there.
There was a lot of nickel and diming. A $4.50 bottle of water on the counter, $20 a day for parking, $21 for 3 days of wifi in the room. The free wifi posted on their page is misleading as it is only in the lobby. The fridge in our room wasn't working, and they didn't have a replacement, so they ended up comping us wifi.

We didn't end up eating at the restaurant. We had a quick look at the menu, saw $9 oatmeal, and figured we couldn't afford real food there. Luckily, there is lot's of places to eat nearby.

Staff was friendly, the room we were in was pretty quiet, but we were on the 2nd floor at the end of a hallway. They air in the rooms was VERY dry. Not sure if it was something with their ventilation, or just happened to be a dry couple of days. It was raining most of the time there, so don't think it was the weather.

It was conveniently located, and the free shuttle to and from the airport ran every half hour which is nice.

We stayed there because of an event that was being held there, which was convenient, but it wouldn't be my first choice to stay again.

Room service was very good, but had a major hassle connecting my nuc up to the monitor. Hint the hdmi port connects to nothing. Had to rent a monitor. Staff doesn't seem to get in 21st century it's expected to connect your devices to a monitor for free

Sheraton union worker protest rally at 6 AM on Sunday and on weekday as well along the whole street block.

It's ongoing dispute, and it's not resolved.

Union workers made excessive level of noises with kitchen pots, bottles, cans to make you unable to sleep at 6AM, waking up my kids.

Avoid if you want to sleep in early morning. Stay Away.

I attended a 2 day work conference which took over all the conference and ball rooms. We were served breakfast and lunch, the food was good for a conference that accommodates over 350 but it was nothing to write home about. Breakfast including fresh fruit, a variety of pasties, eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage. Lunch included salad, sandwiches or wraps, soup and dessert bars. The baquet staff did an excellent job of seamlessly moving around tables to remove plates and nothing was ever left on the tables long. The interior was modern and sophisticated.

OMG! This was one of those places that I d never imagine to have made such an impression on me that I want to stay here every time I come to Richmond! I was able to get a last-minute room with an amazing mini terrace . It was like my little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis city. The staff was amazing, welcoming, and very helpful, offering assistance without being asked. I loved this place even more when I found out about the U-Bike that s literally right outside of the hotel doors! There s even a full-service Starbucks!!!!

I visited the hotel for an anniversary function and the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel very clean, and the banquet facility beautifully decorated. Sadly the salmon and filet mignon were under-seasoned, which was the only humdrum note!

When we checked in, we had the assumption that we had two double beds, but we were given the room with a king bed instead. Customer service was excellent as they put a cot in the room which worked out. Overall the room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

Rooms are fine, bathroom is nice. Parking costs you $20/night on top of your room rate, which is ridiculous. Unfortunately the staff seem to like talking AT you rather than with you, or listening to what you have to say. How many painfully fake smiles do I need to be subjected to at checkin? =/

You aren't allowed to HDMI into the TV because it "messes up the movie box". What? Do you have absolutely no clue how TV's work? Switching a TV's input source to HDMI from Cable isn't messing up anything, it's just switching inputs. TV's don't send signals back to the cable box to mess it up. The manager informed me that this is their policy because it messes up their movie boxes. This is the result of people making decisions on topics that they don't know anything about. Let alone that they have an HDMI input built into the side of the TV stand for you to use, they just don't let you use it.

Next, I don't understand how any hotel can get away with providing this slow of a WiFi connection to paying guests. Let me explain this: if you want free internet in your room, it caps out at 1 Mbps. That's one megaBIT per second which is 1/8 of a megaBYTE per second. Do the managers of this hotel comprehend how uselessly slow that is? Understand that is less than 1/3 of the average WiFi speed in a North American home in about 12-13 years ago. Understand people can get 150+ Mbps connections at home. Understand that my phone's cell network connection can pull down 100 Mbps when I have full bars. If you want the "upgraded" package of a whole whopping 5 Mbps (approx the average WiFi of a N American home 10 years ago), you have to pay $10/day. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Next is their "green" initiative, where you forgo daily room cleaning if you're staying consecutive nights, for a $5 food voucher that expires when you check out. This isn't a green initiative, it's another profit initiative. Each room probably costs around $30 to clean, given the supplies, detergents, energy for washing machines, and of course wages of the cleaning staff. All of that is built into your nightly rate. You are then encouraged to forgo this cleaning to receive a $5 voucher. It's marketed as a green initiative because that's how you get the highest percentage of people to opt in. Then you throw in the lowest value of food voucher you can, to get X percentage of people to buy into your initiative. Every person who buys in, earns you another $25 profit.

So let me get this straight. You have a hotel with an average room price somewhere between $200-300/night. You then charge people $20/night for parking. You then charge people $10/day to upgrade from unusable WiFi to extremely slow WiFi. You then have another profit making initiative that you market as a green initiative. And then you won't even let me HDMI into the TV using the HDMI connection you have installed in the room already. It's just unacceptable. I cringe every time I get stuck staying here.

Having lunch with my ex colleague at Harold's Bistro & Bar of Sheraton Vancouver Airport yesterday. It was my first time visiting this establishment. It was really spacious, with a partial courtyard view of the hotel. As for the lunch menu not a lit of choices, food was decent and price slightly on the high side but not overly expensive. Service was great, would definitely come back again.

I was there to sing for an event hosted by the Knights of Columbus. The receptionists were extremely courteous in helping us register our license plates for our free parking, as well as, directing us to the correct conference hall. Their breakfast buffet is also quite nice. It has good selection and once again great service.

We had a seminar at the meeting room, and the servers are very professional. Clean up & refresh the buffet frequently & quietly. I especially appreciate their diligence in the drink sections. Coffee and tea is rather essential for those whole day seminars

Location very near to summer night markets. Decent rooms, but was given wrong type room during check in. Also heard a terrible ruckus on one of the mornings at 7am coming from the street/parking lot outside the room. No warning given.
