The room was good, clean. It's older furniture, but still nice. Got a room near a walkway, which was most in the morning, but I also didn't specify a quiet room, so that's on me. Staff was super friendly and made sure I had all necessary information. Parking is super tight, very crowded. Starbucks was close so that was convenient.

I was working here as a contractor. I can say that the place was clean, even in the back service hallways, and the staff were really nice.

A nice hotel with lots of room. They keep everything clean, refill shampoo/soap everyday, and the people that work there are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the water when showering is constantly changing temperatures. Could have had better check-in experience, though.

Location is easily accessible with decent amount of parking. Service and quality was what is to be expected of Sheraton.
Serious attitude problem with the staff there. Called back to clarify a confusion over credit card transaction. The staff who answered the phone was very rude and impatient and basically shouted over the phone, which was so unexpected. Terrible experience
Unfortunately, we were only very short at the hotel (as our flight was canceled), but very classy, everything was clean and hygienic!
Room was nice enough. No complaints about the room or staff. The cable tv was atrocious. It frequently got stuck, pixelated, and some channels down right didn't work. I suspect they've spliced the connection too many times and not enough bandwidth. It was not worth the hassle, so bring your own entertainment.
Lovely, neat and clean hotel with aesthetically pleasing interior design. Plenty of open spaces rooms for meetings or career events/get-togethers. There is a Starbucks in the front area.
We were dining in the pub area rather than the normal Harold's Bistro area but it was great because we could carry a conversation and the fish and chips and pasta was great
The Sharaton Vancouver Airport Hotel was the venue we had selected to have our 4 day business conference. The room was large and perfect for what we needed. The meals provided by the service team was incredible. They went the extra mile for a couple people in our group that were vegetations. Thank you for an amazing experience. We will definitely do business with the Vancouver Sharaton Hotel again in the near future.

Love, Love, Love this Hotel. The beds are Absolutely Amazing!! I have had the best sleep ever when I slept on their beds. You just melt into them. The service is Great! Lots of help with your luggage and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The driver of the shuttle bus even helps you find a luggage cart for you at the airport and loads your luggage onto it. The inhouse restaurant has Delicious food. I have stayed here several times and it's the hotel I stay at when I visit Vancouver or stay overnight while travelling. I highly recommend it to everyone :)

We have our business events at different hotels and the Vancouver Sheraton is by far the best! Best service! Easy access. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The restaurant was excellent food, quick service. Highly recommend!

Had a basic room overnight due to delayed flight arrival. Rooms were basic. Given a food voucher, but we arrived after the restaurant closed and left before breakfast. The 24 hour room service menus was very limited, so we didn't end up using our voucher.
Front desk was good. Room was on the first floor with a view of a parking lot full of storage containers. Expensive parking. Dirty sliding door that was bolted shut. Unusable TV remote for an outdated TV. No ice in the ice machine. Tub was clogged that it was filled after one quick shower. Room felt like a cheap outdated motel.
Pretty good location with ok beds. It's not fancy but it's pretty conveniently located. The mall is across the street as is the train and the free airport shuttle running every 30 minutes was nice
Honest people working there !! I had my bill double charged there after applying discount coupon. Came back about 2 weeks later with prove the accountants there jump right on the case and straighten out the issue and refunded my money with not much trouble.
We had our company's christmas party and it was great. The food was awesome.
The Sheraton Vancouver Airport hotel is clean and certainly appears 'fancy.' However, the doors and walls are not at all sound proof and the rooms on the ground floor were very noisy. It is impossible to tune out the noise of people walking down the hallways. My room was no where near the elevator or lobby, and yet every sound could be heard. Comfy bed, but still a poor sleep.
Nice hotel, but premium Wi-Fi isn't free and there's an annoying captive portal.

I highly recommend this hotel in Vancouver, Canada. The concierge is very friendly and helpful. This place is walking distance to Downtown where restaurants, shopping centers and banks are. It is also close to the wharf where you can have bites to eat while watching the sunset. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good size with comfortable matresses. They provide free wifi , refrigerator and safe deposit box in the room. However, parking is not free.

Looked nice, and my friend who was staying there said th e beds were lovely. Access by key card and good coffee for the machine. Nice layout and friendly service staff.
Parking is a bit hard to find since gps navs will route you to the wrong side of the hotel. The room is nice and the location is right across the street from some restaurants and a super market in case you need to buy anything.
