My company has been using RAAS since its start in 2006. The decision to use AIS s maintenance software was made for a few reasons; personal approach, well-tailored to a regional carrier, web based and cost. The software has evolved over the years to be a better product largely based on AIS s willingness and ability to support change. Whether it was for internal system integration, hosting and data back-up or customer requested customization, AIS has been there. It s very intuitive and its evolution has kept it contemporary.

I have been around since the introduction of RAAS into industry. I can comfortably say I have used other software programs over my 30-year career and have always gone back to it. This is a very easy software to learn and extremely user friendly. RAAS has proven itself over the course of a 20-year time period and has also changed with the times. This is a software that I would recommend to any private or commercial operator or AMO. The system works well and is the most reliable system I have ever used. It does not require a long learning curve for a new person being introduced to it and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new program.

We migrated our maintenance tracking from another popular maintenance tracking software provider to RAAS in 2017. The experts at RAAS began the data migration form their offices in Thunder Bay while we continued to use our legacy program. Once they had most of the data set up in their system, RAAS sent a team to site and brought the data up to live status which only took another couple of weeks. The disruption to our operation was minimal and the RAAS team was more than accommodating. The software itself is easy to learn and is organized in a logical format. This allows users with minimal experience in the program to work productively in a very short period. The reporting capabilities are excellent with options for customized reports as an added value. As RAAS is a web based service, staff are able to access the system from anywhere with an internet connection and work like they are in the office. We have also chosen to use the RAAS secure servers to host our data which removes the worry of data backups and security. We spent a lot of time researching different software suppliers before choosing RAAS as our provider and I do not regret our decision. If you are looking for aircraft maintenance tracking software, RAAS offers a secure, reliable, quality product backed up by superior customer service at a reasonable cost as compared to some other providers in the same market. Our team is happy we made the decision to go with RAAS.

After 25 years in the aviation industry I can easily say RAAS is the most logically organized and user friendly software I have used to date. The software is constantly advancing to align with current industry best practices without compromising usability. The Implementation process was very well managed and I am very happy with rate of support response to date after two years of use.

Too many hiccups with software.
I was not talking about a work flow issue or
a training issue, the system literally had bugs and breakdowns.

I DON'T LIKE THIS SOFTWARE, no record of this customer, do you use Nicknames? Thats a good one though, big surprise a corp would just dismiss a comment in this day and age. What about Ron Stpejik there's a name at RAAS I remember, he freaked out and cursed at my manager when he was showing us the terrible software because my manager wanted to see when fields were entered on a PO in the puchasing module what they looked like when the PO was generated/pdf'd. Couldnt even get a packing slip that prints the proper orientation without being charged for it.

Our company has been using RAAS for 2 years now and we have been very pleased with this maintenance management software. AIS assistance in data migration from our old software went as planned and made the transition to this new software that much easier for our staff. AIS support is prompt and effective for any queries that have come up. I would recommend this application to anyone looking for a maintenance management solution.

I have been impressed with RAAS and their willingness to work with us on customizing the solution as well as pricing. They also put a lot of effort into importing data from our previous solution when we migrated. Using the hosted solution takes a lot of pressure off me as we have very limited IT resources.
