AMAZING. Very nice to place and great pool area I would recommend staying here. My family stayed here and liked the individual little condo like rooms. Kitchen and washing facility right in the unit. Perfect place.
This is a very nice place to stay. The downside is the only food is in the bar by the pool. We had excellent service. Would stay here again.
Can't say enough good things about the pool! This was my favorite part of our trip! Busy week and lots of guests due to spring break, but the resort was ready and prepared for red carpet service to all of the guests. They provided colored wrist bands for designated pool time, complimentary masks and sanitizing vacant lounge chairs between each guest (Covid pandemic time), plenty of fresh fluffy towels, assisted guests in finding vacant chairs and moved them for us, set up umbrellas for shade, and the snack bar was even better! Decent food, and cold drinks that were alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. They even delivered the food to us at our chairs. All staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to the guests. I highly recommend this place! We stayed here for 4 days. This was our first time. This was such clean resort. The rooms were all updated with newer carpet, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. There were always plenty of employees cleaning and serving the guests, there was even nightly security guards. We used a roll away rather than the pullout sofa. That was horribly uncomfortable!
Everything is very nice, but very tight. Small parking spaces, no desk or space for one. Snack bar in pool area is quick. Pool crowded on beautiful hot day. Beautiful landscaping
Never have I been more disappointed in a staff that just didn t care.
-Check in late and ask about dinner, the woman at the front desk can t help, you have to talk to the concierge who is more worried about getting out of there so she talks so fast you retain 10%
-Ask for help with a phone charger, they look at you like they don t know what a cell phone is.
-Local events, The bar The rusty Spur was recommended to my family with. 5 year old.

Smaller than another resort I visited on vacation a year prior, but the heated pool is a must! Waterfalls are very pretty. The rooms , kitchenette, accommodating bathroom was nice. All appliances are of high quality. There was an outdoor patio overlooking the grounds. Lots of overhanging flowers, palm trees, wildlife, etc. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud . The TV service was okay. Overall, our stay was comfortable and without stress. Which is always the best part of vacation in my opinion. :)

Great service by front desk, excellent landscaping and lots of pomegranate and lemon trees around the property! We love this place for relaxing and recovery, after a 24 hours run in the desert. Quiet except near the pool. We stayed in a one bedroom villa far away from the pool.
Very clean and quiet area rooms very nice . a lot of things in walking distance
Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Atmosphere is nice and environment outside is beautiful.
Two reasons for low rating
First, we paid about 400 for a room and had access to the pool for a grand total of 3 hours. And due to covid restrictions we had certain colored bands that determine priority access and we didn't even have priority access for the time the pool was available to us.
Second, we asked night services for towels. 2 hours later we still didn't have towels and they told my wife they didn't have access. After calling and asking to speak to a manager and a 15 minute hold they suddenly had access. The staff that brought the towels was professional and courteous so I believe this was just an issue with the desk Staff.
I wouldn't recommend 1 night stays at this hotel for the pool restrictions alone.
