To be honest my expectations were surpassed. I judge the hotel from the outside but really like my room and the hotel. Shower head was not in my face, shower curtains were really nice and not worn out, unlike Hilton Bellevue next door. Room and hallway was clean, shower robe was provided. In all positive first time experience.

It closed down.. I was down there this past weekend my daughter came from Oregon. N they upgraded us to the Hilton down the street n I only paid $114 for 3 nights.. Love it..
It was closed down. You had to go next door to the Hilton . The lobby is located on the third floor. The main floor door was locked then they wanted you to pay for parking ..We left ..It wasn't worth the headache
This hotel was the perfect fit for my 2 day trip to Washington. I was within walking distance to my work events. The people at the front desk were very helpful. . I will recommend this place for sure!
I'm so happy I picked here to stay. The staff is amazing!! Both the guy and the gal at the front desk were super nice and accommodating. A special shout out to Ken the driver. I had the best conversation with him while he took me to the Lunch Box Laboratory to get dinner. Also the Lunch Box had the best Beyond Meat all vegan burger I've ever had. From the vegan special sauce to the gluten free bun.
Jairelle, front desk, was superful informative on Minor discrepancies regarding suite. Thanks to their help, my experience at this establishment was tremendous in joy. Thanks again.
Older property but well maintained. I stayed here for 4 days on a business trip. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean. Overall I had a good stay. Jonah's Bar & Grill is located on the property. It is a nice quiet restaurant with decent food and drinks.
We booked a premium king room for our 10th anniversary trip, we always stay at this hotel as it's always been a great stay. On our way up, we called to say we were running late, we were then informed we were actually staying to the Hilton next door as Red Lion was closed. No heads up, but it's weird times so I understood. I just would have liked some type of notice. The room we were given was missing some of the perks I paid extra for, such as courtyard view, plush robes and a microwave. I also chose the free breakfast option, which I found out wasn't supposed to be offered, itwas supposed to be turned off on Hotels.com as it's not an option right now.
While it was a wrench in our plans, and I was a little irritated not to be told the change of room/hotel, the front desk was very accommodating. She put us on the top floor, gave us access to the restricted floor so we had access to the microwave, and gave us a bunch of coupon vouchers to make up for the missed breakfast. The room was clean enough, but overall a bit dusty and run down. I wouldn't pay high prices for this type of room, but for the size and discount, I'll take it. While it was disappointing not to get the extra perks I paid more for, they did the best they could!
One piece of advice I couldn't get over, the hand soap and products all had lavender in them, which I'm allergic to. The front desk had no other option for me to use. Luckily I had brought my own bath products, but I did have to go out and buy my own hand soap so I could actually wash my hands at the hotel. Something very important, especially in the times of Covid19
