This company is very unprofessional from the time they answer the phone until service completion. When I called they answered the phone "Hello" no company name or anything. I had to ask if I had the right number. Told me they were on the way, 30 minutes later I had to call back and their response was "20 more minutes". He did not ask my name nor my contact information in case he had questions about the service. When I am paying for a service I expect to be treated in a professional manner, nothing about this experience was professional at all. In the future I will use another towing service.

One of the drivers stopped behind me and turned his beacon lights on while I was loading a car on my tow truck. He made it safe for me and my customers in a dangerous spot and I really appreciate it! Thanks buddy whoever you are!

I ve seen a lot of negative comments posted for ABC towing. However, my experience was totally the opposite. The driver (Brandon, I think) could not have been more courteous and professional. I had no complaints about anything, nothing but praise!

The guy that came out was very rude, I locked my keys in my car at Lowe's, and he just had a poor attitude, and I was being super friendly and explaining what happened, he acted like he could careless. Charged me $50. Will never use ABC towing again.
