Had a 12 hour layover ... while traveling with a young child .. last minute decision ... and location couldn t be better. Even though we were by an airport and busy traffic I didn t hear any of that in the room Rooms were dated but exceptionally clean my bed was perfect. We missed our connecting flight so we had to extend The staff was exceptional The person working the overnight shift was amazing unfortunately I don t know their name. Oh ... and they serve great coffee

This hotel is very dated. Our room didn't even have air conditioning. It smelled old and the towel bars were all broken. It would have cost less to park in one of the airport parking lots. The only good thing about this hotel was the UberEats food we ordered. We will definitely not stay here again.

Unfortunately when checking we were informed that the A/C was broken and we would have to open the windows to keep cool. Besides that the hotel was a short trip to the light rail station and very close to the airport. Room was clean and in great shape. Bed was comfortable.

Well so far we were surprised with a $22 a night parking fee, the room is hot and we can't adjust the temperature, no free breakfast, and we can hear the planes taking off. The rooms are clean and decent.

Not family friendly, me my wife and three kids 8,6...

Not family friendly, me my wife and three kids 8,6and5 years old wanted to stay here one night. When I called them to make reservations the lady very rudely told me that they couldn t rent me the room because the max persons allowed in a two queen bedroom was 4. Every single hotel that I ve ever stayed in with my family as allowed my one extra child to stay. However the lady told me that there would be no way that we would be able to get out if there was a fire because we had one extra child stay in there making the occupancy five instead of four. What a joke, I understand five adults staying in that room but not two adults and three Young children. I would not recommend this hotel for family,s with kids. I also tried contacting the manager to discuss this and never heard back from him. So I call another hotel right down the road and got a room with two queen beds for my entire family.

Not the same it used to be my dad came to visit from Oregon and he asked me if I knew a hotel close to the airport I recommended this one. Horrible place if you are trying to sleep but if you want a nice working lady of the night lol stay here. Front desk wouldn't even answer my dad when he called to complain.

I have stayed at this red lion many times for about eight years over the last eight years I don t know who this manager is or what her problem was but I had informed them all morning that I would be extending for another night they said that was fine when I asked if I could pay for the night before in cash so that they could hold the hold on my card without adding more to the hold they informed me that they will not be taking cash any longer they are strictly card so I don t have a bank out here in Washington and I told them that I had a friend going to put money in my account so that I could extend on my card I was waiting at the front desk and I told the woman that was at the front desk who was helping another customer what the situation was and that by the Time she was done helping the customer in front of me that my friend would be done at the bank and I would be ready to extend while sitting and waiting for her to finish with this other guest this other woman Danielle comes out and her arms are crossed she is frowning at me and she has her manager about 5 feet away from her also crossing their arms with a frown on his face basically like there was a problem, She done begins to ask me one I will be paying for my room and I said I was actually on the phone with my girlfriend who was in the bank so I said if you can give me two minutes that s why I m waiting in the lobby I ll be ready I said but I feel like you have an issue and I don t know why and the way your body posture and how you re talking demeaning to me and you have your manager behind you Let me know that you have some sort of issue I don t know what the issue was I don t smoke I didnt have any guests didn t have any complaints as far as I m concerned I was alone. All in all her and attitude, demeanor, and the way she is talking to GUEST is -1 star really. This place is already old and smells it s just convenient let s be honest.
