Even though it's under construction it still was an AWESOME place to stay. We loved our room! I especially loved the bathroom. The lighted mirror and the shower. The room was like a studio. Loved the sofa, everything! Will recommend to family and friends!!
Spotless clean, fresh smelling, and high quality stay even while under construction
Currently called The Modesto Hotel. It was purchased by Holiday inn Express and is currently being refurbished. So the place is junky,, front desk is in an old room. Breakfast is also in an old guest room and only serve orange juice, coffee, bagels, and small cupcakes.
They should have closed it down until the complete rehab is completed.
Under construction so the outside looks like a wreck, but the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Very clean, lots of space and the bed was super comfortable. USB plugins and reading lamps on the nightstand. Decent tv. Disappointed the pool wasn t open, however we enjoyed our stay.
I prepaid $106 online, to find out getting there it was ghetto, walking in lobby felt like a jail! nothing like online pictures! Beware so you don't get ripped off. Rooms were decent though

This hotel is NOTHING like what is shown in the web site. The room has been remodeled, but is very dark inside. Only good lighting is in the bathroom. Shades do not work. Hallways stink. Staff was rude.
I stay in a lot of hotels, this one ranks in the top 5 of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. Location and surrounding attractions is the only reason I kept my reservation.
Got the room online for $84 then then next night they wanted $130 with a different bank card. Our room was next to in and out. Super loud until 2am. Very disappointed
