Great rooms, hot tub and wonderful customer service!

I'm love this hotel is very clean my kid enjoy the pool is nice the food is delicious I'm be a member for 10 years I'm loved

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Having coffee and reading in the morning on the balcony to this breathe taking view is awesome.

Literally across the street from the airport, but van is required due to roads merging and traffic. Peaceful

Excellent room at a reasonable price. The place was clean comfortable. They have a really great bar & restaurant that serves martinis and tasty food. We ate there twice.

The Room was okay although the cold water tap didn't work most of the time. The room has a small refrigerator, daily self parking is expensive $41 a day. Nice size tv, free wifi.

Was good. Would b five stars if the beds were more comfortable and not so hard. Made my neck and back ache. But everything else was awesome

Not what I expected. While this isn't quite a roach motel it's definitely not what I expected from a Sheraton nor from a supposed 4 star hotel on Priceline. I'll take a Best Western or Holiday Inn 100 times over this hotel. Stains on the floor in our room, bathtub faucet leaks and the drain is broken causing the waster to pool in the tub, toilet randomly running...... Gotta say I'm pretty disappointed. I'm also a little surprised to hear dogs barking at almost midnight. In addition, our friends are staying a few rooms down and are having issues with their room too (broken door lock, faulty entrance light, and damp floor), and another friend had mold in their room, dirty sheets, running toilet. When we told the front desk they offered to move us to another room but didn't have anything comparable that fits our needs so we're stuck. They didn't even offer a discount or anything to compensate. We will not be staying at a Sheraton again. Congrats Sheraton, you just lost 3 families of customers.

WARNING, THIS PLACE HAS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AND NO DISCLOSURE ON THE WEBSITE, RESERVATION CONFIRMATION OR WHEN YOU CHECK IN. Woke up to the sound of jackhammers ripping out the pool outside. The management is oblivious to the issues. Room was old, dank, musty and heater didn't work. Highly recommend you find another place to stay until Sheraton completes construction project.

Super close to the airport, tons of amenities, excellent customer service, my only complaint is the thin walls: I could hear virtually everything my neighbor did

My husband and I were stuck unexpectedly in San Diego for a night so needed a hotel. Someone from out of town prepaid for our room for the night and was told they wouldn't need to spend anything at check in. We walked in and they changed it to a 26$ fee and $200 deposit, and they wouldn't do anything without a physical card present. The front desk was rude about the entire situation.

Full service hotel on San Diego Bay waterfront close to airport and city. Good location

Very professional staff compliment a very nice hotel. The views are excellent with great access to both the marina and airport. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but it was otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel itself is beautiful and on the Marina. Has a beautiful pool and spa, game room, resturaunts and a good sized gym.

Was pretty disappointed in the way management would not let me cancel and refund my one night as it was not before 4pm 3 days before (i called two days before). I also called to speak directly and never got a call back. I hold marriott status and never had am issue before as i travel alot for work and business needs change and 48 hour notice is more then fair.

The 3 stars is dated rooms and poor management. Staff from front desk to room service, cleaning, and bar were great. Also, Dont get surprised by the parking costs or 'resort fee' tacked on at the end.

I had my company's holiday party here. The venue was stunning. The ceilings were high and the plated dinner was excellent. The drinks were, however, not strong enough.

The Sheraton was beautiful. We sat outside and enjoyed drinks by the fire pit facing the water. 10/10!

I had a 'Club Level' room. No one told me breakfast was on the floor above me until I went searching in the lobby. The bathtub had water underneath the flexing fiberglass floor, and I could hear it sloshing each time I showered. The bed was comfortable in my room though, and the staff were friendly.

Room had no fridge to use or microwave. Cost ended up higher than advertised and I don't know why. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly if not seemingly stressed out. Room was comfy with a good view and work space. Wifi was free for me but in and out. AC was included. View of ocean was great for selfies, and there was a Pokemon gym I could reach from my hotel. There were a lot of amenities but I personable didn't get to use any of them other than the lobby which was surprisingly empty and nice. I heard some live music there but didn't get to really hear enough to call it a feature. If I go back to San Diego, I would stay there again, maybe even an extra night. I will mention it was pricy and I don't usually stay at such expensive hotels.

Beautiful Harbor-side location with exceptional views of the boats and sunset and access to miles of waterside walking paths. Gorgeous gardens and exquisite food.

- Room service just barged in twice, they dont check to see if you checked out. make sure you lock your door

- WIFI was not free
- And on and on

We had breakfast in the hotel , it was great and the service was top shelf. Then walk down to the boat dock and rented a boat for a one hour out in the harbour.

Great staff. If you are an elite member make sure that you request a room in the main tower. No lounge access in the harbor tower down the road unless you have the time to take the shuttle (every 20 min). The view was great from the harbor tower though. I love the personal text message with the on duty staff to ask questions or need info. Overall I will definitely stay here again. Again Gia was outstanding @ making me feel welcomed.

Hotel is nice and has all the amenities. The location is beautiful with a great view, close to the airport, but nothing else. I am limited to eating food in the hotel which is overpriced, as you'd expect.

Rooms are small. But location is decent. Great pool for the kids

Love this location! Right on the marina. Go take a sailboat tour and watch the sunset. The beds are like marshmallows. They'll deliver a microwave or fridge if you need it. Take advantage of the amazing pool too and the poolside bartender.

This hotel has a nautical theme that is REALLY sticks to. It makes the decor feel a bit Disneyland, for my taste. That said, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the Marina tower and it has a little gift shop, cafe, and a restaurant. The prices are rediculous, unfortunately. This is all the worse because the hotel's property is right next to the airport, so it's a bit of a walk to get to any restaurants or stores, so they really have you trapped. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable night's stay, but I recommend renting a bike or having Uber close to hand.

Albeit a bit confusing w/so many entrances that have VERY different decor, it's a property w/some great features. Such as the patios w/sliding glass doors on the hotel rooms that allow u 2 enjoy the rejuvenating outdoor air! The BEAUTIFUL marina views fr hotel rooms. Pull the curtains all the way back 2 enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets!

Restaurant has lovely outdoor seating if that's your pleasure.

And such a bonus 2 have the airport shuttle!

Outstanding hotel! First rate facilities & staff. room faced the marina. So many restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Just an overnight for a business meeting. Very nice property.

Hot room woke up in sweats, no free internet. Nothing to eat for breakfast. I'll stay at an Airbnb next time thanks.

One of the largest hotels in the city, very close to the airport and with many amenities, but a bit far from the center

The room was clean, furniture was in good shape, did not look dated. Super close to airport with on-time free airport shuttle that starts runs early in the morning.

Worst ever ... old furniture ... smelly linen ... disaster towels

Highly overrated. Most of its features are in lip service only. Motel 6 has friendlier service. Only stay if its the only option.

Great atmosphere, the staff are very friendly. Except the parking lot is expensive. Guess should not be charge for parking

My husband & I had an amazing experience at the Sheraton! I couldn t be more amazed by the super outstanding customer service everywhere we went in the hotel! We were checked in by Jennie, who was the sweetest person ever. My husband & I got married that weekend & she went out of her way to make it special for us. Thank you so much, Jennie!
Our waiter at breakfast both mornings, John, was also wonderful, cheery & very welcoming. Also super funny! He set the tone for the rest of our day

Very nice hotel right on the marina. Clean, modern rooms. Friendly staff. Not much food within walking distance, but has a hotel bar and restaurant. Lots of plugs for all your devices. Very fast internet and web enabled TV.

Decent rooms, stayed in Lania tower it has outside sitting arrangement. Limited options for food so far in days I can discover.

Very accommodating hotel. However, parking is $35 a night. There's a parking lot across for only $10 a day.

The Sheraton is nice, but could use some renovations and upgrades, especially to the pool/futness areas. The club lounge/level is a bit chaotic and could also be better organized. Overall, however, the Sheraton is a very solid hotel.

I was there for the Americas Finest City fitness expo. All the hotel staff I ran into were friendly and professional.

Room itself was nice, overall stay was pleasant. Front desk was horribly, awfully slow. Didn't seem to be staffs fault, just slow rigid systems from what we could tell. Not enough staff to make up for slowness. Waited 15 mins to get through line, and nearly 30 minutes to get checked in.
