It's not bad and the staff is very friendly. At 1 point of my stay, 2 of the 3 elevators were down and the waitress we're horrible. At best, this week, I think there were only 2 working. While my ton looks nice enough, the thick laminate tiles pop when you walk on them, as they flex and pull up from the subfloor. Then there was my toilet timing every 5-10 minutes.

Very nice pool and great food. Service was excellent.

Bad air conditioning, it's too cold in autum. I was there on october and I was frozen all the time. Bed is very confortable and room is large and always clean. Meals are very good. Staff is nice and efficient. UPDATE: Came back for dinner on March an it's still cold, very cold. I'll never came back again

Hotel was redone recently and the room was nice. However, their computer system experienced a hiccup, my keys no longer worked, and I was locked out of my room for 20 minutes on Day 3 of 4 of my stay, right when I was supposed to be getting ready and meeting someone.

Clean room comfortable beds. Seems newly renovated. Front desk staff was friendly.

This hotel was dirty! We walked into our room and it smelled like hickory smoke, not cigarette smoke, but a weird smell of smoke. The floors had stains on them, the chair in the room had stains on the arms, the seat part looked like someone had urinated on it and the place where your head would rest looked greasy. The bed skirt was really dirty with what looked like coffee spills and black marks. The shower had mold. We stayed because we were from out of town and were there to see the fireworks for the 4th and we were sure the other hotels close were booked. We will never stay again at the hotel!

Bed in room comfortable but maintenance needs to fix drawer as it kept sliding open.

Ice machine at end of hall is non existent. Just an empty room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were relatively spacious and comfortable. I loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. The only complaint is had was that the air conditioning in the room was not working well. The room stayed around 76 degrees the whole night despite us turning the thermostat down to 65 degrees. The hallway was well air conditioned and was almost ten degrees cooler than inside our room, so I know the air was working.... perhaps they just need to update their systems.

The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. If you would like a mini fridge, you need to request one and there are no microwaves in the rooms which isn't a deal breaker just a good thing to know if you're staying for multiple days.

Busy place with a great location. Good option for dining on the ground floor. I was there for anlarge convention and spent too much time waiting for very slow elevators. If you catch a busy weekend be ready to wait multiple elevator cars before squeezing in!

Rooms were OK, mine was a little dirty. But all in all I enjoyed my stay.

So disappointed! My husband and I came up to Raleigh for a conference two days ago. We booked a club king room thinking it would be a little nicer then the average room. Well that is definitely not the case. The bathroom is tiny, I mean tiny! There is (I'm still here) a nasty smell coming from the bathroom and I'm lying here at 4 am wondering if the air conditioner is ever going to start working. Oh, did I mention that the TV stops working for no reason? Worst place ever! Not worth the money!

Good location but the rooms need work, our sink drained very slowly, there was a loud water tank type noise that would come through the wall.

Rooms are old, feel old, look old. Will be trying the Marriott next time I'm in town. Worse every time i come. Slow check in, rooms on the SPG floor are just as crappy as the other floors.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary - it was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was great, if I needed anything, I called guest services and it was brought up to the room very quickly. Extremely professional employees. Overall, we had an amazing experience. We will be back!

The Sheraton Raleigh hotel is a gorgeous location for events, weddings, or just to stay the night.

Never stayed there cancel my room and still got charge

I love Sheraton properties but this one is just ok. Great location, and super nice staff.
They charge for a refrigerator if you want one. Also internet and parking are extra charges. Also the walls are very thin, you can hear everything around you.

Friendly staff... But some of the furniture was kind of dirty.

I liked the rooms except for the windows. They used to be sliding glass doors, but 8nstead of replacing them, the "sealed" them. My husband could still squeeze his fingers out the window, though.

Location is great for shows at the local venues. Rooms are clean and decently sized for a city hotel. Restaurant is a bit hoity-toity, but there are many offerings nearby.

Reasonable rate. Clean room. Nice view. Free breakfast. Location was great.

I stayed at this property on november 24, 2018 for the blackout party. The parking across the street i didn't like (didnt expect to be in a parking garage) but i was unaware being that i never stayed here before. Once i got inside to check in the lady named Christine helped me and i must say she is an angel. I was having a horrible day and she really helped to brighten it. She is by far the best receptionist i have ever encountered. Friendly, cheerful, helpful, and very understanding. I was issued complimentary tickets for a choice of breakfast buffet, an alcoholic drink from the bar or an appetizer which i thought was very nice. What i didnt like about the complimentary ticket was it only said AN" ALCOHOLIC DRINK" WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.I get to the bar to use the ticket and the bartender says its only for wine or beer which i dont drink so i just said no thank you being that she was already rude like she didnt really wanna wait on me anyway. I think the rooms are a bit too pricey being that theres no fridge or microwave in the room so wen i ordered takeout it was no way for me to reheat my food or keep my drinks etc cool.. The highlight of my stay was the front desk receptionist Christine. Shes a great asset to this place..we need more like her.
