I went for Covid-19 testing this evening. Arrived at 6.10pm and left at 7.20pm. Unbelievable 70 minute delay at this Covid-19 test centre.
Hello been driving around Brent and haveing a look around thy town with Sad Wolf , Brent and surrounding ares are so , so closterfobic , shut in street after street homes all two story, like great wall's , street after street, Brent so run down so old with these massive blocks of flats how can thee live like that ? All most No green grass and no nice flowers , plants , some other areas are better , but still so closterfobic , shut in street after street .
Nice to attend Mayor of Brent Cllr Arshad Mehmood annual charity gala dinner here, beautiful location and professional staff
Been kept holding for 33 minutes and 32 seconds. When it finally got to my turn as there was apparently 10 people in the queue, my call got rejected. This service is severely poor . I'm currently on hold again with another 10 people in front of me. Its now gone down to 8. Hopefully when its my turn they wont reject my call again but I wont hold my breath.
Classy and spacious, well protected and due safety measures are implemented for Covid 19.
I love the civic centre. I sometimes go to the library three times weekly, where I use my laptop. There is a tremendous atmosphere among users and staff. They are always happy to help.
The Restaurant at the Civic Centre have a good menu and meals are reasonably priced. There is also a coffee shop.
excellent venue for many cultural events...has a library, people can get married here and also vote from this building...good location as well...
Unacceptable!!
Had Covid training in a open space ( Hallway ) It's freezing cold!, It was 8 C but felt like -1 C
It feels like it's -1, Sort it out please
Nice building which is spacious, airy and has lots of light. There are plenty of amenities and the meeting rooms are pleasent and clean. The interior of the building is well laid out and structured too.
Really nice building. Fun fact, the foyer was used in one of the Avengers Marvel movies
Very helpful and informative security staff. Doing their best to help everyone specially in these tough times
The staff are helpful, no parking unless loading or uploading.
Beautiful modern building, very energy efficient with lots of natural light. Nice library with lots of books
Put on a good Diwali show with parade and fireworks
If you can't find the restroom at the designer outlet, this is the best convenient door for the return journey, which is on the ground floor. There are many fast food stalls in front of the door, which is a good rest point
The place was well all cleaned,
The staff were not trained to the covid situation, was told online to wear mask, got there no staff wearing mask, my turn came the lady kept reminding me of the 2mtr rule and i felt like i was the one with virus. Just not the training given
WASTE OF TIME! Went there for help for housing as i have a child. handed in all the documents they wanted for them to not to help me first time round. Went back there for 2nd time last year had a interview with them, to move me all the way to WALSALL because they say their is no housing in London, Full of RUBBISH
My daughter was about start year 9 in high school starting her GCSE. how horrible was that for her. I lived in London all my life for them to send me to Walsall
An their is people who just come to London an they get offered a place in London, don't make sense at all. Waste of time that place
They don't help British citizens for housing
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Cool nice buildings. Security in place. Staff very polite
I have visited this place as it organised voting for Romanian government. Quite a large building and a lot of activities for the area.
Went there for my son's registration felt abit humiliated about how the registrar asked where I was born I must of said ten times that I was born in London but she didn't believe me until she saw my passport and then she was being funny about my signature
This is it

Well done Brent council
Brent Civic Centre is a governmental heart of London Borough of Brent. I was here to register for council tax. The staff is very professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the line was huge. Furthermore, there were two lines - on the ground and the first floors. I hope this is something they'll improve in the future. Other than that, excellent service!
Carrying on from the last post the screen jumped. I gave my name and the officer could not find MY name ON THE computer. What followed was utter chaos. I went to a white officer lady with glasses. She came to the black officer and then she told me that he is dealing with single women cases. I came back to the black officer and asked him to tell me what was going on. I showed him the letter with my name and surname written on it so that he did not get inconvenienced. I asked him what was going on and he refused to tell me. I needed to know as I came to sort out the issue. HE was not telling me and niether communicating in a format which requires a two way communication.I asked him for the supervisor, because by then I understood that I was NOT assigned an official and he could not assign me without the supervisor. YET he was not allowing me to see a supervisor and he could not locate my name so I handed the letter and he was not able to tell me the truth. In the mean time a black lady Geraldine who intervened and said she was a customer service and she had jurisdiction to call SECURITY. She was doing two jobs chatting to the black lady sitting down and looking at me when there was no need to. IT WAS 9AM and this was a personal chat going on.....
I did not abuse, swear, assault , but I wanted to know what the black officer was trying to do. He was just checking his diary to see his appointments whereas the white lady told me that he should be assigning me to someone and he is telling me he can't. THE BLACK LADY SAID SHE WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERVENED between our conversation for no reason as I did not approach She exchanged sentences such as police officer warnings..This is my last..and I asked for the supervisor and she threatened on every single sentence. WHICH SHE UTTERED and at that point I TOLD HER she was RACIST. because she just would'nt stop threats. By, the time I got another officer, the energy was negative I could hear her complaining about me to the security. She started to overestimate negative features of the threat in her brain, Instead of being realistic she underestimated her own ability to cope, when there was no physical attack then why fear the unknown? Now i was with the second officer and she was trying to reassure herself by collecting other members of staff and i FOUND this behaviour totally out of order and i WAS ASKING TO SEE LISA THE SUPERVISOR. Not only was I denied to complain about the staff who had no ushered around the desk. one white lady, two asian ladies, one black officer and the new officer. on my side there were three black guards and a white security waiting to assault. Geraldine was totally unfit for customer service and instead of seeking reassurances from other team members and then she was no where to be seen when I was told to leave. I an only say that -do-not-go-alone if you are a single women, the communication from email is badly written and it is better to stand inline than go online as I did. I never got to see Lisa and by the time GRALDINE CALLED THE SECURITY she was let off the hook and the black officer. She overestimated the extent to which that I could go to. I was not delibrately going to do-anything as was not drunk. I wanted to know what was going on and the black officer refused to tell me what he was doing and he did allow me to go to the supervisor and I could not have the appointment with the second officer until i SPOKE ABOUT SUCH A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I asked the white security if could take the pictures and of course....you know what they said....
MOREOVER, they spoke to the fourth security guard on the groundfloor, but by then I left
I f YOU ARE A WOMEN, HOMELESS, JOBLESS THEN U SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE MORE STRESS FROM DEMANDING OFFICIALS. and please be careful. I am going to put another way to approach this problem on this review page. please check..later
Waited 2 weeks for first appointment. Waited 45 minutes. Nobody turned up. Next appointment, was given the wrong time, but was rescheduled for 2 hours later. Sometimes appointments are rushed, because they have overbooked. Most people are calm and kind. Some will refuse your appointment, because you are seconds too late.
only two pay machines for carpark, both faulty, took money but not returning parking ticket to get out, assured that transactions were cancelled , NOOO, 3 transactions in stead of 1 , so reported them as fraudulent transactions . now have to wait for replacement debit card , ignore 1 star, no options available for - 5 stars
Come here to park usually. Has good library and starbucks. Reasonable parking price
Good show son enjoyed it.. though a little on the short side. Theatre was good.
Staff are very helpful also library includes a variety of books.
Nightmare for parking and service, nobody knows anything!
An imposing modern building. With a first class Library and Starbucks coffee shop.It has a hall for wedding receptions and offices. It also has a impressive staircase. The HQ of Brent Council. The Building has a Sainsbury's Supermarket. The Building is seven years old. But has already featured in quite a number of adverts and films like Avengers: Age of Ultron.
toilette is always dirty , any times when I come 7 am or 7 pm dont have toilet paper and many doors lock is broke !! sat. and sunday morning its terrible :-(
Absolute wonderful structure of the centre and great resources
Beautiful building with very helpful staff and good security presence at all times. Keep up the good work Brent Council
This is by far the worst council in London staff and security members are aggressive and assaultive and abusive.
Would never recommend their services to anyone . I have had the worst experience in my whole life in this racist customer services.
One of the best place to arrange your marriage ceremony. They also have a nice back garden to take nice photos.
Poor Service. Asked for the Wifi code and the lady at the counter told me I had to wait for an hour before the system generates it. I come back after an hour and asked for a wifi code, it was written on a piece of paper all this time. Literally no effort
Looks nice to visit coffee, library other departments but the sad part is the council part the staff are incompetent and misplace files send to them Brent council one of the worse just like all council I think
The service at this civic centre is appalling. They insist to do everything online and refuse to help people especially the elderly who are not tech-savvy; and when you do go online, their website is up for maintenance work (which they are unaware of). They do not tell you what the process is other than "Do it online" and in most cases you have to continuously chase them up. Awful service.
WEMBLEY IS A TOWN WITHOUT CHARACTER AND A TOWN WITHOUT LOCAL CHARACTERS IT HAS BEEN SPOILT BEYOND BELIEF BRENT HAS TURNED I T IN TO A PILE OF OVERCROWDED CONCRETE UGLY BUILDINGS WITH OUT ANY BEAUTY OR STYLE A TOWN WHERE THE HIGHWAY CODE HAS NO MEANING
PEOPLE STEP OUT IN FRONT OF CARS IN THE DARKNESS AND IN BROAD DAYLIGHT MANY ACCIDENTS ARE WAITING TO HAPPEN
ANY ONE WITH HAPPY MEMORIES OF THE OLD WEMBLEY KEEP AWAY
THE CHANGE YOU SEE WILL BE A GREAT EMOTIONAL SHOCK
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Most unique council of London that also has most unique building. The interior was once featured in the movie "Avengers : Age of ultron".
rubbish council, civic centre is falling apart, dirty carpet, money poorly spent, poor paint work, awful council
Very modern inside. The library is a fantastic place to get work done and relax. It is conveniently located by the SSE Arena, Wembley Stadium and Outlet, and Wembley Park Station isn't far either
Good centre with space and helpful staff. Self-service options and help and local library as well.
Lovely staff! Very accommodating! Covid-19 protocols observed and I felt safe while I conducted my business there.
Very nice building and infrastructure.. nice library as well.. I just wish it could be quieter!
