Only visited for the buffet, what a wonderful and delicious array of fine foods including oysters and prawns . Friendly and efficient staff add to the occasion. Wheelchair accessible and restrooms available. Good value, booking is recommended.
Attended a professional function - rubbish food, hardly any of it (catered for 800, only 500 attended, so should have been heaps), and set out in a really bad way (many people commented it looked like setting a trough for pigs). Would not recommend for conference / functions.

Is not a 5 star but 3 star sorry to say ..buffet very poor staff had no idea on the wine menu.staff too laud pickingup plates dropping them .you can get a better buffet at a RSL Club .....parking over priced $95 just for 2 hours...tried to communicate with mangers but no is no ..on how you can charge that price on parking..but it was like they had no care in the world and to you must pay ..I prefer to pay for a nice wine ..so much to tell

Came here the the buffet. It was a little steep, considering what was on offer. They managed to accidently cancel our booking also...but rectified it by putting us somewhere a little outside of the actual restaurant. Seems like only 1 person was waiting table, water glasses we never topped off...and the hosts in suits were just standing around in front of us doing nothing but socialising.
A very poor experience. Melon at buffet breakfast had gone bad. I brought it to waitress and didn t get an apology from anybody. Also the battery for the swipe at the door was dead twice on the day we stayed. Spent a long time waiting for someone to come up and fix it at 11pm and again at 10am the second day.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. St. James Station is just across the road, with the hotel surrounded by all the shopping and eateries. Staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
Really great inner city pool, on the high levels overlooking the city. Really great rooms especially the revamped rooms that have just been completed. My only reason there is not 5 star, is that sometimes I get the exatly the same room for $200, and sometimes the exact room is $600. You have to be smart when booking here if you want to save and have consistency in cost. Very comfortable though and I give it the thumbs up

Lucky I have coupon. I would not pay full price for this buffet. Prawns are very salty, oysters are very small. Food selection is very limited. Very slow in refilling the food.

Grand is the right word. Try to book online through one of the websites for hotel booking as the price changes rapidly for huge to large. Loved it.

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to many of the things Sydney has to offer. The rooms are solid. The Executive Lounge is fantastic! The food provided is really good, there are multiple wine choices (beyond red or white, but different varieties of each) and the staff is phenomenal.
Love staying here. It s always a pleasant and relaxing experience. Great place to have a Sydney weekend stay.
I spent more than 3 weeks here. It has interesting building design and lovely staff, but actually don't like it's food.

Had it booked for a surprise for our anniversary had to rush my wife to hospital she had surgery contacted the restaurant and Groupon and explained to them what happened only to be told it s basically not there problem as per terms and conditions I explained to them I didn t want my money back only wanted to book another date for when my wife comes out of hospital so disappointed
Overpriced for the service and accomodation you receive. Dated. Front desk staff lack personal warmth and inter personal skills. Wonderful duty manager recently, however he does not make up for this hotel's shortcomings. Great location, but not worth it for the asking price. Deceptive advertising - booked a room for two nights at $725. Room was advertised as having a king bed. i got two king singles. Something that appears to have caught out many people. I havent slept in a single bed since i was 12.. i was annoyed.
Pros: Location - with views to Hyde Park, walking distance to shopping, dining, St Mary's Cathedral, Botanical Garden etc. Feast Restaurant - nicely laid out seafood from tasty and very fresh seafood ie prawns, oysters, mussels, salmon, snow crabs, salads, roasts, soups, cheese boards, fruits, decadent cakes etc. Service - looked after by a great, friendly, attentive, professional staff by the name of Adelene. Will definitely be going back. Cons: Nothing
From the moment we arrived into the Porte-cochere of Sheraton on the Park until our departure our experience was FIVE stars. The building itself is magnificent, the interior design is exceptional and the attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. The views over Hyde Park are spectacular. The staff move about the motel seamlessly in their roles. Our buffet breakfast was exceptional. Our stay was only brief, too brief, but we were throughly spoilt and we enjoyed every moment. Situated just across Hyde Park and right behind David Jones, this place is perfect for those who travel for business and leisure. Breakfast was delicious, service was all smiles. Definitely will come back if i have the chance.

Luxurious ambience and vibe. The rooms are SOOOOOO spacious with all modern creature comforts. Walk in closets and large bathrooms with bathtubs in each & every room. Seafood buffet at Feast is to die for. Love this hotel!
Booked king bed room with city view. But when i got there, the staff told me they don't have it and only have queen bed room. The staff also told me, the kind bed room are same exactly as the queen bed room except the bed. But they are actually different. The king bed room is even expensive than the queen bed one. I was cheated by the staff. What a shame
If you are paying for full price then the buffet is not worth going. Service is great but the crab served at the cold station is not fresh the crab have hardly any taste. Variety of the food is getting worst each time we're there. Roast beef was tasty and fresh but the meat was extremely chewy. I end up leaving the buffet not satisfied. Bonus is when I went there on my daughter's birthday we ordered a small birthday cake and they didn't charge for the cake. The place is deck out clean and poshy but the food is a no go. It was really good 15 years ago but the food quality and variety have dropped.
Close to the subway station and in front of the park there is convenient in the center of Sydney. However, be aware that some rooms do not have a view. Because there is a Japanese receptionist, people who are not good at English are also safe. The lounge is not as large as the picture, and the breakfast in the lounge is not large.

Weekend getaway and stayed in Sheraton for one night. We checked in earlier and went straight to the pool. It was probably the smallest pool that I had ever seen with any hotels under Marriott ....the pool was with crowded .... The room was very spacious and beds were comfy...
We left executive room early morning. I left my handbag in the office chair. I called them couple of hours later. They told me it's not there. I told them check the security camera. Whoever went to room first got my handbag. They didn't bothered at all. It's not cheap motel room. If we can't leave anything in the room that is a big problem. They didn't even call me back again. I am so disappointed. One day before I had problem in the pool area with staff. They were extremely rude to me. I let it go but they keep talking back to me. I felt like cheap street fight. It was horrible.
After spending alot of time here over the last 2 years I don't really feel my business is appreciated
Went to the Feast Buffet. Food was fantastic and uncompromising in quality and taste. The place is a bit small compared to places such as The Star's Harvest Buffet but the food is still superior.
Can't recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in a club exec room overlooking the park (free upgrade from city view exec room by the lovely receptionist).
If your considering booking the club lounge access as part of your stay, DO! the views are spectacular and complimentary drinks and exceptional food are provided each day from 1700 to 1930 are fantastic.

We had buffet dinner there. The quality of food was below expectation with the price we paid. I found a mouldy bread on among the food and had to tell one of the chef to take it away. Goes to show there low quality control. The service was nice as the girl who served us was very friendly and attentive.
We came back to the hotel after a long night at a function and wanted to have something nice to eat. We found that the only plain options on the overnight menu were the kids part and were told this part of the overnight menu is unavailable even though it is listed under the overnight menu. No I won t stay again. They didn t even offer alternatives for something plain just kept saying you can t have that.

We booked an executive suite so the access to the Executive Lounge, breakfast and drinks/snacks in the evening was really convenient. The rooms are well equipped, feel brand new, and the bathroom is large with great lighting. I would recommend choosing this hotel if you re after a quality stay in Sydney.
The rooms were great and the staff was lovely. I think they allow too many people access to the lounge because it was a zoo up there. One happy hour I went up to grab something chocolate and there were no seats so I figured I just bring it down to the room. The staff actually took away my dessert and told me to go downstairs. I was super upset because we are actually members and stayed enough nights to have free access to the lounge and I had to go downstairs to the lounge that didn't have the foods at it. It seemed disrespectful to loyal bonvoy customers.
It was very enjoyable and our waitress was delightful.
