I experienced some of the best customer service at the Gateway location. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the Assistant Manager. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the stove I was shopping for. Thank you Demora.

I was walking through the 14th street store and was approached by a very professional (I usually don t like being approached by sales people) kind eyes, Max Bayard. Little did I know I was about to go on one of my most positive journeys with a sales person. He was paitient, knowledgeable and professional. The television he sold me on, was not the one I was considering, I am so pleased with the one he chose. He even gave me his phone number and numerous times walked me through my questions. He taught me to truly enjoy all of the capabilities of my Smart TV. He is my go to guy for my next electronic purchase.

I would like to commend Mr Evens Charles for his help last week when I went to replace my 50 inch tv that broke the night before. Many of the tv's which were on display were more than I wanted to spend. Mr. Evens Charles took the time to go in the back and look to see if there was anything in the back that fit what I was looking for. The television's on display were $230 and above. The $230 tv was not a reputable brand. He returned back to the sale floor with a tv and price checked it for $199. I am so thankful to GOD for allowing him to come speak with me. Honestly, not every salesman will take the time to go the extra mile. They usually say "whatever you see on the floor is what we have!" Thank you Mr. Evens Charles for making my experience a good one! The tv is crystal clear and functions very well.

I had wonderful customer service especially from a young man named Taylor. He was very professional and really helpful when I wanted to get a Microsoft office computer. I originally wanted a $199 computer and left with a $699 which included insurance and additional membership perks. Great experience overal.

Visited this location just to see what their prices were like i wasnt planning on making my purchase during this visit but i was greeted by a sales rep by the name of Ruby who was great and helped me decide on making my purchase. She wasnt like your typical sales rep just looking to make a sale which i liked and so it made my shopping experience at PC Richards very comfortable. I wasnt sure if she was a manager but if she isnt she should be.. She was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales people i ever met. She was the difference maker for me on making my purchase, if it wasnt for her i doubt i would of made a purchase. For now on i will go to PC Richard and deal with Ruby and i recommend customers reading this to do the same, shes great. This location should hire more employees that have the salesmanship and professionalism like Ruby.

I was reccomened to this location from a friend . I was told this location was new renovated and had great customer service . I was recommend to Mr. Kirby Charley who was extreme help to me in looking for my new MacBookPro. The store looks great and this is my first time to go to this store. I really appreciate it because I got my HP laptop with all my needs from Abdullah within the price I was looking for.. His customer service is really awesome, he spent more time to explain me everything about anti virus and protection of the laptop.
