We checked in New Year's eve at Marriott Brisbane, the hotel was pumping with check-ins and people everywhere preparing for a big event. We were greeted by a large amount of professional staff trying to process everyone quickly and offered champagne on arrival. We dined in house for dinner and breakfast, the food and beverage choices were excellent, the staff were working their hardest to keep everyone happy while guests were enjoying themselves. The whole experience could not have gone better inspite of the busy season, well done Brisbane Marriott Well done, Brisbane Marriott!

Great Marriott property with amazing staff. Got a great deal on the room which came with a choice of extras - bottle of wine, some fresh fruit and chocolate. The lounge had an extensive option of breakfast items too - much more than the base Marriott requirements. Smoked salmon, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and an awesome coffee machine that made just about whatever you wanted. Plus the hotel was right on the river pedestrian path for running, cycling, etc. Only downside in my opinion is the required valet given no other options that I knew of, which was a little expensive. Still a 5 out of 5.

My stay at the Marriott Brisbane was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff are genuinely keen to make sure the stay is enjoyable, they must be cleverly selected and well trained. The breakfast buffet has a very broad selection of goodies to choose from, the problem is to maintain moderation.

Fantastic service by reception staff. Cafe / breakfast area quite slow. Staff there seemed less concerned with serving breakfast rather with chatting. Great location and nice views from rooms. Exec lounge average, on the small side. Good for a stop of a night or two. Central location and easy to get to shopping and CBD.

Incredibly disappointing stay. Very poor service at check in, rude staff member. We were ignored for five minutes, then the EFTPOS machine was broken with no apology or acknowledgement. Booked a king room with a city view, charged for the same, was given a room with two double beds as we were told the hotel was full, despite booking several weeks ago. The mini bar was also completely empty. Room service breakfast was stone cold and incredibly bland, and the flat white was undrinkable. We shall be staying at the Sofitel from now on. Addit: the concierge and the valet were all very polite and professional.

Severice so so, equipment so so even so bad, I can't image that my water steamer has water before I use it. Are their house keeper never clean it? I won't visit again. The price they ask for , it's q worth.

Another enjoyable weekend getaway at the Marriott Hotel. Highly recommend for that special occasion as the food is delightful and the breakfast buffet the best. Views of the Story Bridge at night are lovely.

I went to your breakfast buffet last week and have never felt more ripped off. The buffet had run out of bacon, eggs, pastries, the sausages were raw and there was no staff explaining when food would be restocked. To be charged $76 for two people (coffees not included) is offensive. The staff member explained it was because they weren't aware of the group, however if you can't provide a full service then don't charge full price and perhaps be prepared for people to come for breakfast on a Sunday morning. I certainly would not recommend and don't know how you compete in Brisbane, which has such an excellent and affordable breakfast scene.

Myself and my partner are looking for a wedding venue. This was our second visit to check out the Marriott and were again impressed with the service and building itself. The interior, rooms and styling are incredible.

Great sized room, very comfy beds, lovely views. Was a bit disappointed that there was a $5 delivery fee for every time you order room service. But other than that, was very happy with our stay.

Very disappointed with my stay here. Reception n house keeping staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Don't know how this place got 4.5 stars. Pool is very small. Bar staff dont know how to make a decent cocktail. Dined in their restaurant during my stay and it happened to be a public holiday was stung with $51 of surcharge on top of my bill. There were no signs to indicate a surcharge will apply. Definitely not coming back. Facilities and services below par. 3 star level no where near other 5 star hotel standards.

The hotel quite well. The perfect breakfast and very well organized. But the wifi service in the rooms is very bad. Always disconnected and terrible speed. The pool and spa are together. Something that is appreciated. Like the gym. Everything is on the same floor and easy to access. Something that should be fixed is that anyone who comes from outside can enter the gym if you go to the bathroom. It has a direct door to the gym and does not have key control.

Booked dinner organized parking on arrival we were informed that no parking was available had to park in public car parking at my expense. Restaurant ran out of bugs and lobsters. Staff were slow getting drinks and also let plates build up on the table. I would recommend traveling to Gold Coast Marriott, alot more selections and ample free parking.

Very clean and luxurious. Fantastic customer service. A bit dissappointing when you have to pay to park even though you are staying at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and beds are really comfy

25 isn't my lucky number but it's an excellent floor to view the world of Brisbane. Jack provided a trouble free check-in and gave some informative tips of the locale. Incredibly, cheaper drinks than my local pub.
