Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Review

Got there at 11:30 pm on a Friday night and our room was not ready. They gave us a $30 voucher to eat a $65 meal at their bar while we waited almost a hour for our room got ready. Paid $15 a day to park in the parking garage. Put a do not disturb and a do not clean sign on door amd got back Saturday night and they came in anyways because there was cheap slippers and a cheap razor laying on the bed. Google nor siri had directions to get us to the hotel right because of its location right by the airport. Would not recommend.

Good Hotel, I stayed a week for a seminar in Miami. Close to the train and bus stations, quiet and clean.

DESPITE THE BEAUTIFUL ROOM... my experience was extremely poor while visiting the Sheraton due too the parking garage machine not working adequately. I ve visited for a total of two days and both days I found myself fighting with the machine to let me out. The first night I buzzed for assistance and was told directly not to put anything in it and that the machine is not working. Eventually, what looked like security opened the gate for me after having to wait over 15mins. I figured that the next following days things would be in order and the hotel would implement other means to solve this inconvenience. I was mistaken. This is now day two and I was just released from waiting outside of the gate because the security wouldn t let me out. He s stated that being that my guest s card, room key, and ticket isn t working I d have to leave the car in front of the gate and walk to the front to pay or pay him $15 in cash. I questioned his motives because the prior night I was told that the machine is out of order and that all I needed to do was wait for someone to let me through but today I have to pay in cash? That doesn t sound right. After arguing with him about my prior experience with the machine AND calling the hotels front desk for help more than 5 times AND security walking away from me when I m trying to explain my dilemma... I eventually Parked and stopped and watched as I seen the security come back and allow three other people to get through despite the machine not working for them as well. I even recorded it. What s even worse, I sat out there for an entire 30 minutes talking with other guest who s experienced this same problem since last year! Meaning you guys are not fixing the problem. At this point, I feel as though I was not only racially profiled but was treated unfairly, and extorted. I will no longer be staying here or suggesting this hotel to my family and friends when they come to visit no longer. Please pick individuals to work for you who are inclusive to all people especially living And working in Miami. There are so many different people with different cultures that reside here, I just can t fathom why I was the target tonight.

Checked out of room 936 around 8:00 am on December 30 and accidentally left a $13,500 dollar diamond necklace in the room. Hotel was contacted on two different occasions plus a police report has been filed. I am suspicious of your hotel housekeeping employees that this piece of jewelry was not turned in to your lost and found. Greatly disappointed in your efforts to return the jewelry .

Nice hotel, near the airport, Shuttle, very nice and attentive people, beautiful view of the golf course ... The rooms are very close to require updates ...

We called to see if they had accessibility and when they arrived they told us that they had already assigned the rooms. When you come from a long flight with two girls and a pregnant lady, the last thing you want is to get to a hotel where there is no seriousness

Stayed there before. Renovations were very good to the hotel. Clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast and no better location when arriving or leaving next day. Never tried, but the swimming pools seems ok with a bar and some attractions. Golf field view is also great. Sound isolation is good, almost cant hear airport's noise.

My first time in Miami and really loved the place.
People from a hotel are super nice and they will help you with anything.
The hotel also has nice pool and gym.
Food is AMAZING!!!
And prices are normal, one more thing I want to point out: its super close to airport and rail to get into the city!!!
From hotel to city it only takes 15-20mins.
PLUS> there is free shuttle bus from/to the airport!

stayed 3 nights not the kind of sheraton you might expect ~20dollar/night for parking. Has to request fridge, Lucky if you could get one, microwave is 20dollar /day. multiple things broken. Customer Service was very kind and prompt though.

Nice clean place to stay right by the airport for the early departure in the morning.

Getting into this place from the airport is a convoluted mess. Oh, Yes, there is a 15$/day parking/ valet charge which was not mentioned on the website. When I went to check in (1:30pm) the room was not ready and from the looks of it, there were lots of other people waiting for their rooms. I decided to have lunch and I was escorted into a dark bar. There were lots of bright tables out looking over the golfcourse but I was not permitted to sit there. Others came into the dark area to order lunch as well. Then after 10 minutes and no signs of life I had to go up to the bar where the bartender was going over instructions to another worker in Spanish. I felt like I was imposing when I asked if I could get waited on for lunch.
The 7th floor room was fine, over- looking the golf course but the window was very cloudy. I didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Honestly it's pretty humdrum. I was desperate to get a room because I was literally stuck between flights because of the big blizzard. I would not really choose this location again but it served my purposes.

Excellent view of the golf course. Easy access to everywhere although far from the beaches. Good attention. Free Internet service in the lobby with several computers, on the top floor and in the rest of the hotel. Breakfast payment 20u $. Although in each room they leave a coffee maker with a variety of coffee and teas every day. Parking is paid, but you can leave the car 30 meters before the entrance. Bar service with sandwiches.

The hotel very good was all clean and very close to the airport we stayed 1 night for the next day to take the cruise I recommend it.

My room was huge and nice. But it's just way to busy you have to pay for parking no microwaves and elevators can take forever to come

Super clean hotel! We stayed there the night before our cruise and they provided us with a shuttle to the cruise port! (So convenient) There were 6 of us staying there and the restaurant and pool bar were a great start to our vacation! The staff is super helpful they put the other couple of our group on the same floor. Loved the bartenders and waiters they accommodated us with ease (my mother has a gluten allergy and they were very careful with what they could make, the waitress even double checked)! Beds were very comfortable as well! Definitely would come back to stay here again!

Parking is terrible. You have to pay $20 in parking just to say hi to a guest staying here for a short time. Parking needs to be waived for guests visitors staying less than 1-2hrs.

Quick check in. Friendly bar staff but overpriced drinks. Only one elevator of three seemed working which made for a ten minute wait.

Very nice hotel accessible close to the Miami international Airport, close to the trirail and the greyhound bus line. No taxi or Uber needed they also have shuttle buses.

I tried to book a stay and had questions about this particular property. Unfortunately I was never able to get in touch with someone so I have made my arrangements elsewhere. I only got in touch with the service center and they couldn't get me in touch with the actual property. Very disappointed!

Room had no mini fridge, dresser, or other necessities. Paid parking in an extremely small garage that is usually full. 24 hour gym and pool. Restaurant on site. Weirdly located near Miami International Airport. Golf view room has a BEAUTIFUL view.

Clean, modern hotel next to the airport with hotel operated airport shuttle - very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful, good hotel bar with sports TVs. Pool is clean and with view on golf course. Suitable for families with small kids or babies.

Excellent hotel located across the street from the Miami International Airport car rental facility. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back every 15 minutes. But sometimes by the time it gets to the last terminal, the shuttle is full and you have to wait for the next one. Our room was large and seemed to have been refurbished. Quick check in and out. This hotel is used by some airlines for flight crews.

Really worst place to apply for a job I had 4 interviews last week, and couple of managers told me pay rate was 11.00 hourly, then the offer was 10.50 what a joke waiting for a week for them to tell me this. Unprofessional workplace on top of that they don't pay well and a lot of rules you guys are a game.

My husband and I decided to stay here before our cruise and showed up around noon so we went and ate came back she told us our room should be ready by 2 waited till 3 she told us 30 minutes again and we were echausted !! They should tell you when you can check in that was ridiculous!!

Yesterday we had a farewell party for one of my coworker and I don't know where to begin. From the beginning Aileen the group account Director to the waitress where AMAZING! I'm glad we decided to do it there because it was all worth it. Thank you everyone who made this happen. The hotel is very clean and the pool made me want to stay longer because it feels like a beach, literally it has sand. Thank you again everyone Aileen, Rodney, Noel, Alex and Joseph.

It is in front of the try-rail station and all buses are ideal if one wants to use public transport.
