Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Review

No ! Room reserved for for 1 couple and 1 teenager, only 1 double bed in the room !!!!!
Cockroaches in the room !!!!

I booked my room based on my previous experience with the sheraton hotel in other countries BUT one we see this one i checked out the very next day morning.
As a value of money it's very expensive
For families staying more than one night, my advice is not to go there.

Nice rooms but do not take with Lounge. Service 1 * as well as the few choices. Too expensive.

My first issue was the fact that this hotel does not have a direct line to the front desk. Guests should not have to call a "call center" to be directed to this hotel for a shuttle, etc. After waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle that never showed up, I had to get an Uber. Also, called room service and no one answered the phone. This particular Sheraton is a disappointment and it is disheartening because I have always loved staying at a Sheraton. May seem like small issues, but it adds up!!!!

Location is great neat the airport and not far from the beaches and food. Service was great and food and roo. Service was excellent and handled in a timely manner. Team was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very nice hotel. It's very clean and staff is exceptionally wonderful. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Very nice out by the pool as well. I would suggest getting something made for breakfast though, the premade stuff wasn't horrible but a little rubbery.
