Fab place. Nice collection of restaurants. Rooms are nice and large. Morning wake up call is followed by a complimentary coffee which really helps to keep the commitment. Gym can be improved but serves the purpose. And good Service indeed.

Where I stay always in Kuwait, rooms are clean and tidy.
Samer and Reem at the reception are very friendly and helpful which applies to all hotel stuff.
Starbucks at the lobby is a good place to have evening meetings without the need to go out of hotel and stuck in kuwait traffic

A hotel that does not deserve its name.
Old furniture, electronics and an older building,
It is not obliged to book by booking,
And a room that does not deserve more than 40 dinars,
And finally no one lives in the third floor,

I stayed at 4 points. Clean. Quality. Food is great. The staff are friendly. There are ten numbers of interest.

Started off with a complimentary pick up from the airport. very easy no hustle at all. arrived at the hotel early in the morning at 4am. Arun checked me in and the concierge service was excellent, with the door man too. The room was amazing with city view and that added to a much better experience to my stay. The breakfast too was amazing. Will surely visit back.

An elegant hotel that needs no comment and the place is in the heart of the Kuwaiti capital.

Sheraton is without a doubt my favorite hotel in Kuwait. Strategically located with close proximity to all the attractions, great service, great facility and beautiful classic luxury vibe. They think of all the details including Wi-Fi in the airport shuttle vehicle and printer and stationary in each room. All the rooms come with free breakfast, free water, free valet service and free airport transportation.
My only take on them would be not having "shattaf" in the bathrooms, the bidet is not enough.
