Ah Sheraton Kuwait .It was held a wedding of the only daughter of my boss..Remarklble & Excellent service

The Sheraton hotel is a well established hotel in Kuwait which is undergoing major renovations in stages for the rooms and other facilities. The AlRecardo Italian restaurant is one of the best upmarket Italian restaurant serving authentic food in a nice romantic environment with professional service and beautiful music. They have a new German Chef who has been to different hotels from China to Eygpt and brings with him a variety of fresh ideas to suit all tastes with style. We cannot forget Frank(ex Chef) who is now the new Food and Beverage Manager and understands the local culture.
A visit to the Sheraton is a must and experience the Good Food and service and you might as well take advantage of their banquets and outside Catering.

This hotel is really 5 stars
But it needs updating and renewing from the outside

Comfortable and room service is fast, they messed up my appointment though. I reserved a car for a morning meeting and they gave the car to someone else.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and extremely great location.

Great friendly reception, and the sevice is impeccable. Clean environment and facilities. A place to call a second home. Would definitely stay in the Sheraton whenever I come to Kuwait .

Great people with great welcoming culture. Every stay was memorable - comfy beds, free high speed Wi-Fi, variety of TV channels (sports - news - music - movies) and other services... Feels like coming home after a busy day. Interior feels little outdated but overall deserves 5*

A nice hotel with very good facilities and very good gastronomy. Only a few rooms are a bit old, but the comfort is still very good.

Good Location, Comfortable Stay, Polite staff, Fantastic food. This is all I could say about four points in Kuwait.

Stayed here for 4 days in 2 different rooms and both were maintained really well. Great breakfast options and you can order Indian food from Sheraton. Staff were kind and provided a late checkout with complimentary airport drop.

Overall it will be a great place for your stay in Kuwait.

Absolutely 5 stars. Very satisfied, clean, tidy ... just to feel good and top employees in all areas. It is very hard and takes care of you. Would love to come back.

I love this hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and while it is downtown, quite accesible from/to airport. Great service from the Airport counter all the way to checkout.

They got nice services and hotel is as it's advertised.

The hotel resided in the month of January 2019, surprisingly and luxuriously, but the rooms are very interesting, and under the hotel in Starbucks two minutes walk and from the back in Kentucky 5 minutes walking and the sweetest thing in the hotel that the laundry I gave them my clothes I said their father in a hurry and answered them after an hour and a half hour A chapel in the hotel .

Hi, I didn't visit to Sheraton hotel but Sheraton is famous and luxury hotel, obviously his atmosphere will clean and comfortable.

Rooms could be more up to date, breakfast was eccellent
