Quite and relaxing. Staff are very serviceable. Rooms are nice and large.

My son was in swimming lessons. Very very happy with the monitor and the hotel staff who have always been very attentive. And the hygiene of the hotel, impeccable!

A very nice hotel in the capital of tenerife. I highly recommend the restaurant "Los Menceys" which offers an excelent variety of local and international specialities. The rooms are very bright and there is enough room even for 3 people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Pros:
This hotel is a great value. It's location in Santa Cruz could be seen as a pro or a con, depending on what you're looking for. We loved that it was away from the trashy resort towns of the south, but it's not the place to stay if you're looking for a party scene. It's a big hotel, so don't expect a boutique feel, but it does still manage to maintain a lot of charm despite its size. Its facilities and services are comparable to any mainstream 4 or 5 star hotel brand. The grounds are impeccably maintained and a pleasure to walk through. Our room on the 3rd floor had a lovely balcony view overlooking the main garden area, with the beautiful mountain cityscape as the backdrop a great place to enjoy a room service meal. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of high quality options. Parking was easy, with a reasonable option to pay for underground parking beneath the hotel.

Cons:
The front desk could have a bit more staff during peak check-in hours.

Some rooms are better than others, but if you choose the good ones and the joints with the public area you will find the best hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, without a doubt

The hotel is very good, although it has many shortcomings. The shower loses water and the bathroom fills with water. It has a glass door that weighs, there is no way to open it.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were all fantastic and made us feel so welcome and so friendly to our daughter. The room was superb, spotlessly clean. Breakfast is amazing. So much choice. Also some entertainment from Roberto, Danielle and Victoria with smoothie demonstrations for the kids and cocktail demonstrations for the adults. Great fun and again, such lovely people. Everyone and everything was just perfect. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Sanra Cruz. Cannot fault anything.

Fantastically located, with good services and attention exquista

Nice hotel in lovely area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Only stayed one night, but had food in the bar area, which was delicious!
Drinks are a little overpriced compared with the rest of the city. Also having to pay extra to use the spa is rather cheeky.

Hotel is nice, lovely garden, amazing breakfast. I do wonder if this is really a 5 star hotel, service wise and room amenities it won't go over 4 star.

5 star hotel located on the Rambla de Santa Cruz very close to downtown and with quick departures to any place on the island. The attentions of the hotel staff, especially restoration, are magnificent. The facilities very good. The Serbian room perfect. Conclusion hotel with quality and prestige to return.

Z jednej strony to przepiekny stary hotel tuz obok parku Sanabria, niedaleko od centrum. Nie ma lepszego hotelu w Santa. Na miejscu baseny odkryty i kryty z jacuzzi ( kto wymyslil, zeby goscie hotelowi placili za to 18 euro?!) mnostwo terenu do spaceru, basen z zolwiami i ladne przestrzenie wspolne.
Do tego pare dobrych restauracji.
Jest tez kasyno.

Pod warunkiem, ze dostaniesz dobry pokoj! Za pierwszym razem mialem jasny pokoj z balkonem i widokiem na ogrod i miasto. Byly w nim szlafroki, otwieracz do butelek i zestaw muzyczny. Wystroj pokoju moze nie pieciogwiazdkowy, a czterogwiazdkowy, ale dalo rade. Za drugim razem trafila mi sie zatechla nora z jednym malym oknem i widokiem na ruchliwa glosna ulice. Zero szlafroka, zero otwieracza do butelek, korkociaga itp.!!!, ogolnie bardzo bidny pokoj. No i ten obezwladniajacy smrod z lazienki.
Troche wstyd, bo to hotel pieciogwiazdkowy, a nie dormitorium, w ktorym nie wiesz czego masz sie spodziewac.
Kiedy poprosilem o zmiane pokoju, dowiedzialem sie od niegrzecznej recepcjonistki, ze hotel jest w calosci zajety, chociaz nie byl.
Wisienka na torcie byla poranna, ledwo po 8.00 inwazja sprzataczki, ktora dwa razy dobijala sie do drzwi w niedzielny poranek. Wstyd!

The hotel is five stars, but I do not think it is justified. Access to the hotel is difficult and very inconvenient. Parking is in the car park next to the hotel. There was no help in bringing the suitcases and had to be carried away, from the parking to the hotel. There was no professional staff at the reception desk who took care of the matter, from trips we had, it was customary when guests were given to take their keys from the car, to take care of their parking and to bring the suitcases into the lobby or to his room. This was not the case ... The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The room is large, a very varied and impressive breakfast with a wide variety of options - even on-demand shakes. A delicious dinner and we got good service.
There was no night service in the rooms, and instead of vials with soap shampoo, etc., they hung dispensers in the bath, which I disliked and did not like. On the one hand, pampering on the subject of food, but on the other hand it seems as though they are saving in small details ... small, non-absorbent towels, small items like a plastic bag for washing, a bath cap and the rest do not get.
I would like to point out that the hotel manager's assistant turned to us after she had seen the inspection, listened to the complaints, and sent us the missing items, but still, in the guest procedure, they did not receive them, unless they asked. We also received fruit for the room, as compensation, and we were invited to a glass of wine and cake. It is nice that you pay attention to the reviews and treat them seriously and compensate the guests.

A really nice hotel that we visited during a wine tasting. This was very well organized. In addition to the hotel business, there are function rooms. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and the staff very accommodating.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days. It is located in the non-tourist part of Tenerife in Santa Cruz exactly on the opposite side. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are full of comfort and ample dimensions. Breakfast is great, pool and gym at the top. Polite and courteous staff. Absolutely competitive price for the hotel level. A really high value for money to stay and visit Tenerife.

Lack of attention of details for a 5 star but good price value

We went for a drink on Mother's Day with my mother-in-law and her grandchildren. They called attention to play with a small ball on the lawn where it was always possible when there was no other child that could be disturbed and away from other tables. It seems that it is better seen that children are at the tables with adults than playing with a ball. Regrettable.

Fabulous Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey 5-star colonial style located near the city center with several restaurants, conference rooms, a spa, outdoor swimming pool and a boutique. Excellent and rich breakfast buffet, friendly and competent staff, the hotel even has a free taxi service to the beach of Santa Cruz, Las Teresitas. The rooms are large and clean, they take up the style of the hotel with free wifi, which can be used throughout the hotel.
