Magnificent facilities, service, spa; in order of those that indicate which is the height of a large one.

It is HUGE, too beautiful. The rooms are large. There are many restaurants that are too good.
I advise you to go, you will go ADORRATING

Located in the relatively quiet northern part of tenerife, right next to a major park and lots of places to eat. Room was spacious and well appointed. Wifi was strong. Resort itself is huge, with lots of outdoor green space, and indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, several bars, etc. Would stay again.

ATTENTION ATTRACTION RISK. I was with a person in the hotel cafeteria and while I was waiting I asked for a coffee with milk when I went to pay I was shaken 3.30. I went to talk to the head of check-in and he came to say that I was a cat, that if I was not realizing that it was like the Ritz and that therefore the price was reasonable (textual)

Quiet but central location in the heart of Santa Cruz (apart from the occasional dog barking and frenetic 2-stroke scooter noise). Excellent breakfast buffet. Room is very comfortable and quiet thanks to double doors. Good size salt water pool not undersized for the size of the hotel. If you rent a car then ensure car park option is included in your package. Staff are courteous and helpful. Room cleaned daily and very effectively. Spa is worth a visit and gym facilities are excellent. Our 2nd time here and will be saving up for a return visit next year. Highly recommended.

I was in a celebration: a wedding. The agape in the gardens enlivened with a live saxophone was the beginning of a perfect celebration. The dinner was served by a team of professionals who greeted us at the entrance to the room. The service is the best. The very rich dinner and the great ballroom for fun. The building and its location is one of the best in the city.

Beautiful hotel. We arrived early, before check in time, and the staff offered us fresh juice and cava while our room was prepared. The room is great, fairly small but spotless with a garden facing balcony and excellent value slightly out of season. We have stayed in many top hotels and the breakfast is up there with the best in terms of choice and quality. The staff seem lovely so far (I'm writing this by the pool on strong Wi-Fi although it's patchy in the room). Very good location next to a beautiful park. Our only minor gripe is that the indoor pool is part of the spa which is an additional cost, not totally clear on booking.

A great Hotel in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The hotel is very pretty and feels a bit luxurious.
The tapas house right in front of the hotel is Real ..... I went every night.

A gorgeous hotel in the center of the city with a large garden and enviable facilities. I only had a drink (I was not staying) but the Havana National Hotel came to mind. Surely it's not cheap, but if I can, I will stay there when it's back.

What can I say? This is one of the best hotels I ve stayed in throughout my whole life. Amazingly helpful staff, Lalli the barman, Laura who runs the kids club, are both particularly worth individual mentions as they really were the absolute cream of the crop from a fantastic staff for us.

The venue is beautiful, the rooms are very nice indeed, with comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about this hotel was above and beyond what we had expected for our family holiday. We will return again.

I love this hotel. The only complaint I can make is that some of their employees are a bit rude and rude. In the larte of the restaurant and bar is where I have noticed the most. Exquisite treatment, great facilities, everything perfect.

Visiting from the US. This is a gorgeous hotel. There are many amenities including a glorious spa with sauna, steam bath, massage pool and more. The gym has very good equipment. There is every spa service imaginable. I had a wonderful massage. There are 3 or 4 restaurants, the food is wonderful. Room service was speedy. Comfortable bed, great patio view. Spacious bathroom. Beautiful courtyard. Staff is super accommodating and friendly. The city itself is truly amazing. I am so happy with this place. It is also reasonably priced. I would not even think of staying anywhere else if I return.

The Spa is very complete and quiet. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The combination with Brunch makes a perfect day.

My opinion is only about the spa.
Beautiful, relaxing and clean. We paid 18 /person for entrance.

The only complaint that they suddenly removed water and fruit when we were still there (just after 9 pm) and there was some kind of tension that we need to hurry.

Used for an overnighter during Carnival. Nice and quiet, great service and top noche facilities.
