We went to a wedding and we were in the gardens. The perfect surroundings the great food to repeat

Total disappointment. They did not give us a welcome cocktail and to the previous clients if .. And there were a few .. They did not help us with the luggage of others in ceres that we had. We had to take the car and take the things to the car. They did not show us where the restaurants were or schedules and there was no one to receive you at the moment of the entrance to the event we had there. In fact we got into another cocktail and then we realized when we saw a partner we had made a mistake. In order .. The deal was not the hotel d 5 stars. And for more detail. Swimming pool and pleasant environment
The staff listens to the fact that we pay 65 or 400 per night, no real distinction only for the luxury suites at 1500 or the normal difference there is.
I don't put 5 stars for stupid little things
Indeed, the 100% marble bathrooms reveal cracks and stains. Only one bottle of water (free) per day in the room and non-existent external soundproofing for our case.
After that did not prevent us from sleeping soundly.

Schitterend hotel met koloniale grandeur. Prima kamers met veel comfort. Heerlijk royaal ontbijt.
Goed gelegen in stad. Neem wel huurauto om de regio te verkennen. Parkeren kost 12 per nacht. Mooie Spa en zwembad gedeelte. Heerlijk hotel om een paar dagen lekker luxe te verblijven. Tip neem geen halfpension want eten in hoofdrestaurant is zwaar beneden het niveau van het hotel. Eten komt veel te snel (gestuurd door keuken ipv bediening) en de bediening is matig. Ongepolijste glazen en bestek e.d. Het eten in het 2e restaurant Papa Negra is subliem. Mooi kader, perfecte bediening en verfijnde culinaire regionale gerechten. Een enorm contrast met het andere restaurant. En de prijzen in dit restaurant zijn slechts enkele euro s hoger. Mooie wijnkaart ook.
Kortom heerlijk genieten hier.

A very good hotel. We stayed at the smaller rooms and they were of good quality. Breakfast is superb and also offers morning fresh shakes. Hotel has a nice pool, spa, restaurant and bar. Lots of open space for kids and even a turtle pond. Good location with 10mins walk to the center and a very kind service.

The hotel is nicer than it seems from the outside. Very nice and big facility. The breakfast has a generous selection and freshly squeezed juices. The rooms are nice and clean but a bit Spartan (more like 4 stars). The climate in our room was a bit weak. Otherwise everything was very nice. Unfortunately, the entrance fee u in the hotel-SPA for the own guests 18 p.P unless you have booked a suit, then it is inclusive. I think (and have never experienced it differently in a 5 star hotel) that the entrance to the hotel spa should be free of charge for your own guests!

The oldest hotel in Santa Cruz very nicely decorated and furnished. Three restaurants and a bar, lovely gardens, swimming pool also a health spar.Every body who works here are very attentive and helpful.Stayed in a garden view deluxe room, great views.Definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast great,the staff cannot do enough for you.had my birthday here fabulous time.

Strict service, food not really good, mistakes in the bill

I went to the gym, very well equipped with great facilities.

The breakfast is varied. The restaurants and banquet rooms very nice. The rooms are not the standard of a 5 star hotel. The staff is very friendly. We felt good.

Main drawback of the hotel is the many services it offers, but each of them are way too much expensive

Also, be careful, the very expensive parking of the hotel can easily be avoided, there are always some empty places around

Excellent location Excellent service Very high standard

The hotel is really fancy, feels super luxurious. Nonetheless, after taking a shower all the bathroom floor was really wet and we couldn't get it clean so we used the towels there so soak it all. Other than that, we came in with a rental car and looked for a place to park. They told us in the reception to park at the near parking lot. After their approval and checks we had to switch our parking card with a new one at the cashier (at the parking lot) and then we can come in and out. We stayed at this hotel for only two nights and when we checked out they charged us for 24 for the parking (!). They should have mentioned this in advance and not let us park there thinking that its all ok. The parking inside looks like it actually belongs to the hotel.. Apperantly its not. It was an unpleasant way to find out.

Un hotel de 5estrellas venido a menos... el mantenimiento y la limpieza dejan mucho que desear. Pasan dias sin cambiar las sabanas, manchas horribles en todas las moquetas, colchones y almohadas incomodos de baja calidad y viejos, decoracion cero en todo el hotel...... precio 5estrellas que no merecen.
No volvere jamas, hay hoteles en Santa Cruz con cuatro estrellas mas baratos y muchisimo mejores en todos los sentidos.

Great hotel in Santa Cruz! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are fantastic, the views from the pool are amazing. It s near a lovely park by la rambla and the beach teresitas is a short drive away. I highly recommend this hotel.
