Best buffet I have ever eaten. Every choice you could possibly imagine, and all 1st class quality. I wanted to try everything!
Best buffet I have ever eaten. Every choice you could possibly imagine, and all 1st class quality. I wanted to try everything!
5-star hotel, although it has a long history, but the food is of high quality, it is enthusiastic to the guests, it is worth a visit
Shopping, gourmet and sightseeing are all very convenient. A hotel where you can stay in peace with a sense of calm and cleanliness. As you can see Hong Kong Island from the rooms, you can also see the Symphony of Lights show that symbolizes Hong Kong.
Pool & bubble bath
There is a pool of about 12 meters on the roof, and it is open from 6 o'clock to 22 o'clock. You can enjoy the swimming pool while taking time to enjoy the sightseeing. Both parents who want to walk around the city and children who want to enjoy in the pool come to wish. There are also many chairs where you can relax.
Fitness
You can train yourself while looking at the scenery.
Meal
In the plan with breakfast, the menu chooses the main menu from salmon, meat, egg Benedict, French toast, waffle etc. Others are buffet style. There were a lot of delicious ingredients such as fruit, chopsticks, bread, rice, salad and ham.
Moreover, the texture of the two types of dim sum was exceptional and preripli. This was more delicious than this at a local store.
We recommend staying with a plan with breakfast.
Yeah it was nice and right in front of the harbour.
There are no empty seats, but there is no sense of oppression, the place is spacious, and the setting is good. Lunch buffet 12:00-14:30@$268 (includes 1 cup of drink) Hang Seng card buy three get one free Value: sushi sashimi, long-legged crab, mussels, sea prawns, oysters (order, very fresh), salad , Chinese dim sum, soup, roasted beef steak (must eat), lamb spleen, longli willow, hot plate, pasta, pizza, a variety of cake puddings (high level, focus), fruit, chocolate, 6 types of ice-cream To keep coming out, totally not to deceive the guests
Generally good, good food and good service attitude
Excellent hotel, check in Service is very smooth, food quality is good, room amenities are also excellent, only drawback is room view, if you got harbour view room only then you will got a good view.
Place is excellent, so many shopping malls are here.
Stayed here for 5 days, except for this hotel there is nothing to complain about feeling a bit old. The club lounge is also very high and there is a limited choice of breakfast and service. Next time I will consider living somewhere else.
The old car .. the floor carpet .. the pale rain .. .. the front pussy king ..
Yes, food - yummy and good quality, service - excellent
Been staying there for 10 years. It's the right place for the right price in Kowloon and close to the airport train for convenience.
Oyster Bar and Grill, always a good Sunday brunch option.
Nice place very relaxing. Great views of Victoria harbor.
Warm comfortable hotel. Excellent service. Costs as would be expected of a Sheraton hotel but still generally good value for money. Decor in the foyer bar area getting a bit dated. Buffet very good.
Nice place to stay in HK if your here for work. Easy access to everywhere.
If you are an activist and stay in Hong Kong for the first time, this is also recommended. Good location and reasonably priced. In a sense, it should be used in the opposite direction to the hotel next door. You can see the Symphony of Lights from the rooftop pool, and you can see it even if you request a room with Hong Kong Island view, so it is an easy-to-use hotel.
Greeted by friendly staff and had requested baby stroller. The nice staff borrowed me 2 baby stroller for my usage during the stay.
Clean and professional. Located in the perfect part of town
Enjoy a beautiful night view by swimming in the upstairs pool in the evening.
Brunch menu is great . Good atmosphere . Delicious dish.
I have got a room with view on Victoria bay from a high floor. It is not extremely high but because of this is very pleasant. I can feel the sea and the bay energy. Very good service across all the hotel departments. I really like Tsim Sha Tsui as location and so close to the harbour walk. It is definitely a good stay for me.
Great location. Excellent restaurants. Fine cigar lounge.
Very poor customer service standards for an international hotel
Somehow I expect more from Sheraton. This hotel is dated, and I very rarely get upgraded as a Platinum member. Club lounge is small and old. I do get free breakfast and the location of the hotel in TST is excellent. But I'd probably wouldn't stay here if it weren't SPG.
Great hotel, both services and facilities are at the top quality.
Comfortable environment, delicious food, plenty of time, high standard, worth a try
rooms are a bit small service has been very attentive world ckass view
Very nice location, one can go for a nice walk around the area after a busy day, many food options. Hotel stands true to the brand.
The quality of food is not lost. Only other guests have greatly reduced the quality of dining experience. Oysters are put on the market relatively slowly. Some customers lack ethics and simply swept away the freshly put oysters, making others wait for a very long time. The problem is not only in the oyster section, but also in hot dishes such as baked snails. However, the problem in the oyster area is extremely serious. It is recommended that the restaurant be able to limit the number of oysters taken each time. In addition, some customers were making loud noises, and the staff were unable to stop them, which greatly affected the dining experience. The quality of guests is one of the reasons why people are discouraged, and I hope it can be improved proudly.
Very nice. I wasn't there long but it seemed a decent place
Nicely maintained Sheraton property. Lounge need improvement to have more room. Lounge food was good.
Having Christmas buffet there. Price is reasonable with standard buffet food provided
First stay as an SPG member. Staff were very pleasant upon arrival. I had reached out to the hotel about having a birthday gift for my wife upon arrival, to which they happily obliged to offer. They did wish her a happy birthday at arrival, but then mentioned that they would send up a special amenity after we proceeded to our room, which ruined the surprise. Room and amenities were pleasant, and the location is nice.
It was very nice hotel. I stayed there 2 night staff at the breakfast and the lobby bar very friendly and room very clean if I have the opportunity I Will come back again. If you like to come to get the good weather this time is not good please try to come on Fabruary or March
Fantastic place, superb staff, amazing steaks.
It's a ' must go to place ' when in Hong Kong.
For a rather aged property standing amidst other skyscrappers lining the harbor within the TST district, I must say that it was rather well-maintained. The rooms were very comfortable with a reasonable floor area unlike the small and crammed ones which was pretty common in this fast-paced cosmopolitan city. The lounge has got a comprehensive offerings of F&B during the evening cocktail session. I particularly like their choice of sparkling wine of citrus, zesty flavors and was sweet on the palate. The hotel was within walking distance to the nearest MTR station and this made thw commute a seamless one. Additionally, there was a free shuttle to bring us from Kowloon station after we alighted from the airport express train too!
Great location, this is the big plus. Do not expect a wow experience when you get to your room. Service is ok , not the friendliest. Also if you are a member of SPG/Marriott club they do not really care. So overall a average rating for this hotel.

Evaluation:
Hotel-level Chinese restaurant, large snacks, no theater
The waiter sees you raise your hand from a distance and will run to you
Food quality is certainly good
Recommended food: shrimp dumplings, sausage
Wonderful location and very smiley and kindly people work and facilities also very good
A good location just a minute's walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station and good service. It will respond to early check-in if it is available
Lost some of its sheen in the past few years
This used to be my go-to hotel in Hong Kong but lately it has become a bit blase about its guests :(
Some rooms are modern and contemporary but not all, so ask when booking.
Good location on Nathan Road and the cross-harbour ferry.
Avoid the room service.. plenty of much better quality food outlets in walking distance of the hotel.
Airport train Kowloon terminal has free buses that regularly service the hotel.. although the buses no longer drop you at the hotel door, so be sure to know where you are heading when dropped off!
Airport express suttle bus stop
This year a little hotel but room condition, while it is a decent piece
Staying in the Tower Harbor View is a great way to enjoy the night view, including the Symphony of Lights, in the room without getting hot and humid.
I think, but Inter quickly Kern is gansahan mind becomes curious how I might view
Great location wonderful attentive staff in Towers lounge.
The room feels a little aging and is not wide, but it is not too narrow. You can see the Symphony of Lights from the room on the high floor with harbor views. Victoria Harbor is near, so it is a very convenient place to see the Symphony of Lights on the waterfront promenade.
It's a place to stay every time we go to Hong Kong. It's a very convenient location to stay. Especially the rooftop pool is impressive.
Staff was friendly but unfortunately our check in was delayed due to someone smoking in our room previously. It is kind of odd that they have a lounge dedicated for people staying in the "Towers" but not the main building - even though they are the same building. Especially being an SPG member and denied club access because we were not staying in the "Towers". Mixed feeling because the staff was friendly but numerous things didn't make sense and weren't well explained. Just OK.
The most popular places in Tsim Sha Tsui include the Space Museum, Art Museum, Avenue of Stars Waterfront, and Tsim Sha Tsui. Sea Ferry
Once again, I went to Tianbaoge to drink tea. The snacks were exquisite and kept at a high level. Every table has a distance and the seats are comfortable. The only thing to be improved is that the cups are stained and the cleaning is not good. We need to replace the two sets.
Perfect location, excellent service and assistance abroad, very good ... ha and a nice note; ... they put apples in the elevator lobby of each floor.
Amazing experience here. Great service and helpful staff. The sky lounge and the pool on the rooftop is a must! There is a free shuttle service station near the hotel provided by the airport. Super convenient location.
Very good hotel in Kowloon, in the heart of the shopping area. Breakfast buffet is vast. Rooms are old but clean. SPG platinum lounge is really poor. They oyster bar and seefood restaurant on the 18th floor offers a great view of HK's skyline, but the menu is limited and food overpriced.
Excellent location, quiet and convenient in Tsim Sha Tsui, walking distance to the subway station, taxi is also very convenient. The sea view room has a beautiful view and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The BAR view from the top of the building is superb and you can enjoy the choice of neon Victoria Harbour. Will come later~~~
The pool is too fine, the buffet in the morning has too little food, everything is fair
It was a great stay. They allowed us to check out later.
