Sheraton, Hong Kong Hotel and Towers Review

One of the best hotels in HongKong, I have stayed here and will definitely recommend this place..

It used to be okay, but after the opening of the high-speed rail, there were a bunch of mainlanders

The seafood is delicious, especially the Hanasaki crab. It s really delicious to try.

Hotel is dated. Time to renovate. Tower Lounge benefits are good but not accessable if you don't stay at towers wing. They don't really have a separate wing, guess it's based on the higher floor. Service is good thou by the staff

Dinner buffet is not bad.
Cost about $650 +10%. Discount with Hang sheng credit card.
All you can eat , oyster, fish bladder, etc.

Just starting my stay for a week but hotel has been great so far. Fantastic location with views of the harbour and excellent staff. Will need to see how the lounges are during the weekdays but all good so far.

Hotel Standard Buffet Available with quality ice cream

I have travelled all over the world and stayed at many many hotels... But I felt the need to review this hotel:
The overall hotel experience is good, but let me get you some details:
The food options on the room service menu are terribly poor. Im vegetarian and for 2 nights I had to eat the focaccia sandwich. No other option on the menu. All day working to find myself w a sad focaccia bread w some fried vegetables. Its 2014 so more vegetarian options would be great and specially acceptable for a hotel like this.
The rooms size is ok. Bathroom had women hair on the shower, and certain parts of the room smell like 1970 (Weird, I know, but true).
To make things weirder, someone from front desk called me at 9:30 pm demanding my credit card info to cover my expenses (Company made the reservation and provided ccard info already)...

Personally, I will not come back here. There are many other options to come back to a poorly managed hotel. Details are everything, and this hotel has none.

Note: The breakfast is good.

The location is very good, walk ten minutes to Harbour City. The room is slightly smaller, the room bathroom equipment is more sunny

Was there for a wedding. Good service good food nice place. Didn't stay there so not much else to say.

Reasonable Starwood chain hotel in a good location.

This Sheraton's Dim Sum is the best!
Accommodation is delicious next to Peninsula or Intercontinental, which is always delicious once in two days and three days, and dangerous.
Going on a weekend, drinking and drinking, 3kg when you return home, it will increase immediately, it will take a month to return it, it is a delicious restaurant that bothers you.
Even if you do not stay, please go and try it.

Had a 17 floor view of the Harbor making it a 5 star experience for me. Great hotel but not officially a 5 star, but the rooms are fabulous.

I love the hotel mostly for its location. The hotel does need a renovation in the rooms though.

Nice rooms, but on the expensive side. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner is more expensive than it probably should be. Hotel is in a good location for shopping.

Luxury hotel in TST. Very standard Sheraton experience. Great service but the hotel is becoming a little bit tired.

Staying here is great for shopping or for fun. High-end brands around. Clothing stores and drugstores are all available. Tea restaurants also have several old-fashioned reputations. It s a good walk to the Avenue of Stars in about five minutes.

Zero Bonvoy recognition. This hotel is more inclined to catering for the masses than to long time loyalty members. They didn t offer me any upgrades, didn t care to ask for what welcome gift I want, was incredibly unhelpful in changing my room type and get this... when I asked if they re using the new room key cards, the front desk guy (platinum line) actually told me that they were for elite members only .... I m a freaking titanium elite. Oh and also, the actual lounge cannot be used no matter what tier of the Bonvoy loyalty you are at.

Make sure to get harbor view, the courtyard view tend to be of other buildings and there tenents

It is a hotel with history which has being given best service and very friendly trained stuff. Strongly recommend.

I am slightly disappointed with this hotel. The service are not as friendly, except for reception. The place is quite old and gives off an eerie vibe. The deluxe room bathroom is very cramp. There's a bathtub though but probably is it what that takes up the space. The building tower is not very high, so at the roof top pool, there are taller building and construction crane where you feel like you are being watched instead of watching the sky. However, I like that there are 3 jacuzzi, so there's better privacy instead of sharing with strangers.

Nice tea time buffet - opening arround 2 pm - seafood, desserts, nudles, etc..

Good quality hotel - breakfast was a good spread. The rooms were pleasant.

Location was very good, but it was minus 1 as it was hard to use around water.

Sheraton HK is located very conveniently between the major hotspots, just a couple minutes walk from everyday Lightship at the beautiful harbour. Restaurants, stores and shoppingmalls just around the corner. A lively neighborhood close to Nathan Road and MTR. Sheraton is great hotel to stay in.

This hotel is in a really great location at the top of Kowloon s Gold Mile. The rooms are fabulous. Highly recommended to get a room with with a view of the harbor.

Great location. Near MTR station. Lots of stores nearby. Great staff and good restaurants. Even a cigar store and lounge.

I was able to spend time slowly. There were several museums in the foot area, there were commercial facilities, there was a food shop, and the convenience was good. There was a subway (underground) entrance at the back, and there was also a place where food trucks gathered. There were many types of buffet breakfast and the taste was good too. It is much better than the "good-looking shop" in the neighborhood. (Aside from this, you can enjoy Hong Kong food at a low price if it is a rough shop in your neighborhood.)

Ok stay. We got the harbor view room. Want anything spectacular. The nice thing is the concierge but all the hotels at this level also have a good concierge so nothing to write home about. Nothing else about the hotel wow-Ed us.

Very nice hotel. Good staff. Room service is excellent. Only drawback is that the doors are thin (not very thin) so sometimes you can hear people talk in the corridors. The corridors are carpeted so no noise for walking. Would book again since this is the only small complaint.

Close to bus stop, Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Chongqing Mansion and International Plaza. I stayed in the harbor view room for 2 nights alone, but also provided 4 bottles of water. The view from the room was also good. Breakfast had many kinds of fruits, and there was yogurt, tomato juice, too. It is hotel which we want to use again.

Breakfast buffet is great! You'll be spoilt with the selections. Fresh seasonal fruits are available as well.

This hotel was Great once we were upgraded. Since we had Platinum status we were very surprised that it took talking to 3 managers veggie we were upgraded.

Pity. Harbor view blocked by Intercontinental. When booking ask for higher floors.

Very nice hotel located right on the river with select rooms having an excellent view! The staff were incredibly kind and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Sheraton!
