Hydra pool on the roof is amazing and the OneSpa facilities are great

Very comfy .. clean amazing stuff and close to every where .

Large, nice hotel, spa with whirlpool costs extra, only a cool swimming pool is included. Hotel bar highly recommended

Well known hotel in Edinburgh. Great overall experience. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended if you can spend a bit more. Decent, multilingual customer service. Recommended.

Centrally located, modern hotel with a real proper king bed.
Rooms are comfortable and spacious, valet parking is efficient. Wi-Fi, either basic either premium must be improved. It s too slow.
Team is more than customer oriented.
Probably one of the best Sheraton in Europe, most hotel of this brand I visited, should learn from this specific location.
It s slightly over expensive.
Room with Castle view are not worth the requested premium.

Stayed here twice, about a week apart. Highly recommend.

Had tea in the restaurant, staff were vey pleasant and surroundings were lovely.

We had a dinner as part of a theatre package. The food we chose was very simple, beef with fondant potatoes and veg, it was beautifully cooked and presented. Dessert and wine were excellent too. Definitely worth a visit (or 2)

Went for christmas dinner, food was lovely but services wasnt great.

Before we arrived the desk staff were very helpful with any questions we had and upon arrival we could check earlier than expected, the room was lovely and the bar staff were also very friendly.

Brilliant hotel. Some of the front desk staff could do with additional training instead of having to repeat my name 4 times and ask for a manager but this is a brilliant hotel and gorgeously designed.

Start of the experience was a difficult check-in unfortunately due to an unexpected mistake in booking, however, this was wonderfully handled by Maria who remained polite, and helpful throughout the experience.
The hotel itself is very nice and the spa is one of the better spa's at a hotel, the treatments and facilities available are all great, and reasonably priced.
However, the things that let the hotel down were some of the staff, such as the manager on the Saturday evening who was quite rude and abrupt over the phone. The breakfast wasn't great either, buffet style, but a slow or complete lack of replenishment after 9:30am is a bit disappointing.
Overall, a lovely hotel and worth a stay, however, there's a few things that could be improved.

Was there to use the spa facilities - went in feeling sore and stressed, but left feeling so much better. The steam rooms and sauna are amazing and that roof top hot tub.. Wow!

Great hotel with one of the best spas I have ever been to.

(Castle view rooms) Extremely comfortable large beds and reasonably sized rooms with a gorgeous view of the castle. Although the omelettes were subpar, there was still a variety of other choices of food, like chocolate croissants and delicious yoghurts.

My stay was very comfortable and I enjoyed stay here. Staff is very helpful. Lot of variety in breakfast...even Indian Aaloo paratha was available. Very centrally located

Loved it here they have the best spa so many different rooms and a large pool and an outside rooftop pool.Expensive place but truly worth a visit.

Fabulous 5* Sunday lunch at One Square, Sheraton.
The hotel itself is beautifully presented and the staff are extremely helpful and polite.
The quality and selection of food on offer was absolutely exceptional.
We have been twice and will continue to return.

Great rooms and high standard. Quiet hotel despite central location, some rooms offer a view towards the Castle. Very friendly and attentive staff. Spa is one of the better ones. Will happily return!

Only used the meeting rooms and bar but very clean, tidy and polite and friendly staff.

Great hotel. Perfect location, decor, amenities and service.
Do not - under any circumstances - share a room with someone you're not really comfortable and familiar. From the bedroom, you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the toilet.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. If you can get it, the rooms at the end of the corridor are more spacious and VERY nice (I had 358). Breakfast was ok, coffee was mediocre and shower was a bit feeble. Apart from that, great.

Beautiful interior, expensive drinks & they don't taste all that great..

Myself and my wife made a last minute booking for New Year's Eve. All the staff we encountered were absolutely amazing, polite, helpful and often anticipating what we wanted before we had to ask for it. Special thanks to David one of the sommeliers, he spent a lot of time chatting to my wife, answering her (many) questions and providing lots of useful information and advice for us. Room was excellent, very comfortable and the Brunch for New Year's Day was awesome. We'll certainly be back soon hopefully - thankyou and happy new year to all the staff there - you're all amazing.

I had a full day conference in this hotel. beautifully designed interiors, spacious room and great amenities.Really loved the place.

Good location. Nice room with interesting lights, but who the hell puts a hair dryer inside the desk drawer? Literally, this is the last place I looked while I had a wet towel on my head. Very annoying! I'm guessing that a man designed this, but at least there was a mirror!

We had an excellent experience at the Sheraton after a rough trip from over seas and lost baggage along the way. Stewart the concierge went above and beyond to help sooth the pains of lost luggage just a couple of days before we were to attend a wedding.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated the hand written notes and they extra help they provided us.
We will only stay here on our return trips to Scotland because of the exemplary service we received.
Thank you again. The local restaurant and store recommendations were spot on.

Exceptional Sheraton Grand--the nicest I've ever visited. Lovely common areas and well designed rooms. Also the thermal spa is phenomenal and worth a visit on its own.

Nice hotel in city centre, nice staff. Room was good, no complains about it. The swimming pool was ok but you will not have access to both swimming pools. Just the main one. The bar was nice and drinks although pricey were quite good. Remember this is a 5* hotel! Overall 4*

Very nice, pay by the room and not the person. I was able to visit an aunt staying here for the spa. I joined her for lunch. Exquisite fish and chips, all homemade. The staff are very attentive. Excellent!

Very nice hotel, one of the best we have stayed at on our Holiday yet, very close walk to multiple restaurants, easy walk to all the sights, and the concierge always had great recommendations

Great location, clean and nice room with a nice view on the castle, excellent breakfast! Really ! Very welcoming staff and speak French at the reception. We are delighted with our stay and will be back!
