The mail delivery is catastrophic! since the privatization of Deutsche Post. Letters are constantly lost. For companies, this is doubly annoying:
first, because there is a double postage, second, because customer payments are received later. Question to DHL: Where are the "lost" letters? Alone in June and July 2016 5 out of 40 letters sent did not arrive! That is unacceptable !!! and above all, annoying.
