Good hotel. Close to the water. Swimming pool on both sides of the hotel. Lovely surroundings. Good service. The rooms are large with a balcony. Large, nice bathroom. Good room for clothes and a box. The food could be better, but you have the opportunity to eat in one of the 3 restaurants located on the site and belong to the hotel. All in all, a good vacation spot.

A wonderful dreamlike experience

A wonderful dreamlike experience

The hotel is quiet, beautiful, relaxing, and the service is more than great and quick
Everything in it is beautiful. There is a club for children under 12 in which they can play Playstation and Xbox and change according to the age of the child and the employees take care of them.
After 2 p.m., they took the children to play sledding and bowling until 4:30 in the afternoon, all for free
Breakfast is a very special open buffet you choose what you choose
And employees like a beehive work together to fulfill customers' demands

At 6 o'clock, the pool and beach are closed, and the place turns into an atmosphere of dim lights, which gives a feeling of romance

6 o'clock Morocco Soho Square also opens its doors
It is a downtown connected to the hotel almost with restaurants from all countries of the world, including entertainment halls, skiing, bowling, shopping stores and cafes, in addition to the dancing fountain and quiet music

All thanks to the hotel staff, especially Michael and Tamer

Dislike:

Dislike:
The corridors are tired due to the design of stupid roads inside the Fendi
Travel office prices are very high compared to prices outside the hotel, knowing that the service is one and do not believe any other words
The beach is busy because foreigners are booked for all the sessions while they are actually at sea without interference from the hotel management to manage it
The room looks very stupid
Their breakfast is bad and never varied

The price of the massage session is 2000 pounds, which is a new high price

I liked it:

Location, location, location, events and discounts offered by the hotel in the entire Soho Square area, which is already the most beautiful area in Sharm
There is a Snorkel area with direct sea views

It looks like and feels like a 5 Star Hotel, But certain aspects are not 5 Star. The room cleaning was a towel change and making of the bed, the bathtub and sink were never cleaned, and the floor was never swept or cleaned. The staff were helpful when asked i.e asking for water every day, and reception were always cheery and friendly, but you could see a lax attitude, I saw staff hiding around corners on their phones or smoking. We never had a complete table for breakfast, always a napkin, a fork or cup missing, and again you would have to ask for those and coffee every day. But the food and fruit were always fresh with a wide selection of breakfast choices.
The room had a nice sea view and palm trees in between with a very good balcony and seating area. The furniture was a little dated with wear and tear visible, likewise the bathroom with a wobbly toilet seat and limescale showing on water outlets. The replacement wall tiles had a different coloured grout to the originals (grey instead of white), and you could see varying levels of patchwork and maintenance done by some cowboy.
The hotel is vast and has many facilities, the clinic was reassuring even though the wrong medicine was prescribed, the spa is not good value. Room service always prompt, even with food, which was always very good quality and reasonably priced. The proximity of Soho square upon reflection was very convenient, and you were not harassed by sellers. The beach was perfect and there was always room available for sunbeds, the service staff on the beach was very good though they did seem very busy. The pushers for services on the beach for activities/treatments etc was not too excessive and they were friendly and nice to have a chat with. The pool was never too busy. The hotel is relaxing and calm, and overall it was pleasant, enjoyable and the memories will be good ones.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing and friendly staff that cater to your every need. The hotel is clean and luxurious with five equally incredible restaurants on site. At the beach area, the coral reef is extraordinary and servers bring food and beverages to your chairs. Everything is done for you so don t even plan on carrying your own towels. The experience is one to remember and SOHO Square is immediately outside of the hotel entrance. As an American tourist, I was treated with the upmost respect as very few Americans travel here; most go to Cairo so they were so pleased to have me. I absolutely recommend Savoy to anyone looking to be pampered in comfort, spectacular food and amazing landscapes.

I stayed with my wife and two people. I stayed for 3 nights from other hotels, but I was surprised at the good service and luxury at the resort where everything I needed was complete.
The cleaning was also packed very carefully, and there was a restaurant with a choice of meals.
It is connected to a shopping mall called SOHO Square, and souvenirs can be bought there, so there is nothing wrong with it.
I would also like to stay when I come to Sharm El Sheikh.

Great hotel, with pleasant staff, 3 pools and lots of greenery around the grounds. Hotel has a private beach, that has corals and the water is accessible via float.
Hotel rooms are spatious, with large terraces. It would be better if there were electrical sockets by the bed, currently the only ones are by the TV.
