Big and luxurious hotel linked to Frankfurt airport and good services

Hotel room is impeccable, good taste, confort, and quality assured. Staff lacks skills to deal with clients, had an horrible experience while checking in and checking out. They didn't help me choosing the room options, no eye contact, not friendly at all...

Service was great and the rooms really are sound proof. Slept like a baby.

Pretty nice place to have a rest before taking a flight from the airport

Absolutely fantastic location if you're going to be flying in or out of the airport at awkward times! We found it was well worth it for the three of us to share an executive suite. The accommodations themselves were very nice, the bathroom even had a full size tub with a shower in it as well as a second shower. they had all the toiletries and amenities you could need readily available which was great because it minimizes how much packing and unpacking we had to do again before our final departure from Germany.
The VIP lounge was very nice there was complimentary beverages available basically all day as well as a breakfast and evening meal that they served. this was much nicer than having to fend off the crowded restaurants elsewhere or heading back out into the train station to find something to eat.

Excellent from all points of view. Executive family room with a double bed and two singles, shower and bath, double sink and all the possible amenities, at a very good price (160 ). Friendly and competent courteous staff. Definitely recommended.

Sheraton has completely lost the plot. All their hotels look like they belong in the 80 s, including this one. Rooms desperately need updating. Hope Marriott does something to update this brand.

Great food in the restaurant and nice clean rooms. One con is that is was not very easy to locate at the airport.

Very convenient location at the airport if that what you need. Clean. Bed super comfortable and nice duvet. Very quite so easy to get rest. Hot water control is a bit temperamental. No temp control capability in the room so you're at the mercy of the hotels choice for you - standard problem in European hotels. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel in this occasion but have in the past and it was great. Loads of choices from cold cuts and cheese, to salmon, to cooked English breakfast and loads more in between. Just great!

Was the first time in the hotel. The advantage is the location to the airport. The lady at the front desk was a bit condescending. Probably she is used to "better". I paid about 200 euros for a small but nice room. Unfortunately I would have to pay extra for Wi-Fi. The TV was not to be enjoyed, as he switched off constantly. Should not be in such a hotel actually.

This is a really beautiful place. The rooms are really spacious, the staff is very friendly. The only disappointing thing is that you have to pay extra for WiFi.

Ideal for conferences and congresses. We are here with our company every year. Only the parking lots are extremely expensive through the airport, so only 4 stars.

Long hallway walks from elevators and staff confused about hours of food being served, but overall a very good choice for an airport overnight.

Very friendly staff, beautifully open and welcoming lobby and one of the best lounge dishes I had in a hotel of this chain.

Great location, if you have to fly away early in the morning

Although facilities were good we had a terrible experience with checking in. We were booked in for a layover due to cancelled flight. I was carrying my 3 year old and it was 11pm. The queue was the entirety of a a320 so there were 250+ people in the queue with 5 staff manning check-in. Of course this is an exceptional event and the queue was unavoidable. I went straight to the check I desk with my son in my shoulders and asked if they planned to make an accommodation for families with small children. I was told no and I would have to rejoin the queue at the end. I met with another family and we were going to try to speak with a manager but kindly some guests saw what was going on and they let us jump to the top of the queue. I spoke with customer relations this morning and the attendant was very apologetic, however I wanted to document this to ensure that the check-in staff are given the training that this is not the way shearaton do business as customer relations confirmed.

If I like it very much, it's getting a bit old in the meantime

Nice hotel and very convenient location for a short stopover. Good resteraunt and excellent breakfast. Only two small niggles: check in has small, but slow queues, and it was nearly impossible to get a good water temperature in the shower. Just as I got it right with carefully incrementing the valve, somebody else would alter the water and I start again. Ended up with a rollercoaster of a shower. Very friendly staff, and I would use this hotel again.

Very well run hotel with a walkway to the airport! Just be sure which terminal your flight is departing from as one requires a 20 minute shuttle bus ride.

We were very poorly received by the receptionist. Yes, it was late / early. Yes, there was a problem with our booking. Site bug? Reservation for the night before. No call from the hotel to know if it was in orhed, if we had 1 problem. But despite that we paid the package 1 night plus parking. No 1 solution proposal. Not a commercial gesture. Not even a little empathy. You are at 1 Sheraton please, not a cheap hotel like Formula 1. Your stars are not deserved. Take example of the chains accor sofitel. A tariff equal to see lower.

Very good hotel, quiet even if next to the airport. Anyway, most of the people staying here are on the transit, flight connection, etc. Since no one sleeps for the city sightseeing. Recommended for the stopover.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and very "western" feel. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby (prices are high, but the service and product are great.) They also have a walking bridge straight to the airport.

Good conference hotel, the signage needs to be optimized

Easy access to a variety of restaurants, terminal 1, and the tram system. The employees were very helpful and efficient.

Conveniently located airport hotel. Nice cigar bar. The German Tavern at the basement has really improved over the last few years. I am often a guest of this hotel because Frankfurt Airport has connections to most of Europe and the world.

Well... Come early if you come by car. If not be prorated to walk an endless labyrinth. Portion your Toblerone in the mini bar, it may be sold out the next day.

I was lodged by Lufthansa for one night due to a missed flight delay here. Loosened from the flight annoyances, the hotel was quite disappointing. My room was cleaned very superficially. I found long hair in my bed. The bath had its best days behind it. Tiles broken, toilet dirty and rust came from the faucet.
The breakfast buffet was very extensive and according to the category.
Should I ever look for a hotel near the airport, I will not consider the Sheraton.

Good experience. Had a business meeting in the bar area. Service was good, coffee and drinks, as well as the food especially were really good. The food was a surprise. Had a vietnamese chicken sandwich. Brilliant.

Decent place to stay and great attention at the front desk. Room is in good working condition. Floors and hallways need updates. I used it as a day room between connecting international flights and could not rest well because of drilling and repairs going on at adjacent room

Good structure, with direct access from Terminal 1. Rooms estremante quiet, spacious, well-appointed. Considerable availability of bars, restaurants and so on, even if the airport is a stone's throw away. The only negative notes, the high price and the lack of adequate reports, if you do not know where the entrance is located it is best to ask.

Just what you would expect from the brand clean modern great place to spend a long layover

Attached to terminal 1 and very conveniently located. It is tired and could use a freshen up. Sheets do not feel like crisp cotton. Towels are tired. Room was hot despite trying the air conditioning. Pillows are flat. It's fine for one night.

Bad sleeping experience! Avoid family club rooms because they're connected with doors to each other and yoy can hear everything from the other room! Not what you'd exprct for 300 euros a night!

Oktoberfest specials. What can go wrong with good schnitzel and Alt bier? Nothing.

Stayed for one night. Zero Elite recognition. Even the refurbished rooms are dated. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. A/C was noisy and room stuffy. Restaurant was Ok but Glassdoor cafe staff were terrible, and so were the prices: 6 Euro for a small bottle of water. Stay elsewhere..

A hotel where bar staff first play a round pool billiards before serving the guests sitting next to them? A hotel in the behind the bar no dress code applies? And a hotel where salmon is served. No 5 stars. Never.

Airport hotel are normally noisy and not really fancy.. this one is in line.. rooms are of average quality as furniture and comfort. The bad aspect is the noise caused by travelers coming and going at any time of the day and by cleaners slamming doors and cleaning rooms as if no one around was resting... not nice. Cleaning are a good average. Good opportunity for food at their restaurants. But what makes me give 3 star is definitely NOISE.

Restaurant was very expensive for the food quality and service. Food was ok at best, but service was bad. 7 people served the table but somehow I couldn't get another beer or catch the bill. Rooms were good enough, but bathroom was dirty

Service was very pleasant and the hotel looked the part. For professional use, we were disappointed with the wifi being difficult to use and very slow in the rooms, which you also had to pay for. The restaurant served good food, both dinner and breakfast, and is this recommended.

Great hotel right in the Frankfurt airport, very good parking. Scary courteous staff. The conference center is very nice and perfect for professional events of all kinds. Recommended!

An old building quite far from expectations when it come to Sheraton's standard. Tidy rooms, however shower cabin was old, like the rest of the building.
