I tried to reach the front desk of the hotel 3 times over the course of 30 minutes, no one answered. I finally called central reservation who told me they had no idea why they weren't answering & told me to keep trying. Do they really expect me to just keep trying. I asked the woman if she had a way to reach the front desk.... she said no. I usually don't accept the option to complete the automatic survey at the end of of call but this time I'm very happy I did. The funny thing is when the recording said please hold for the survey it connected me to a busy signal. This hotel has been in business for many years and I can't possibly understand how that is possible with the service I just experienced. No I will not keep trying to reach someone I will actually never call this hotel again.

Hotel is very dated. The rooms are very dated. The beds are horrible. The walls are paper thin. I would never stay here again. Where they find these 5 star reviews is beyond me. I generally give very good reviews. This was not worthy of anything short of 1 star. Also, folks must be very happy with paying a hidden $10 per night parking fee or they don't check their receipt at check out. I have never stayed in a hotel outside a major city with a parking lot as big as a football field that charged $10 a night. Total rip off!

Probably one of the worst service experiences I've had in a hotel my whole life. I was here for 3 nights and with no exception, every night I would try to call guest services, room service or operator to either order food or schedule a wake up call. I would try for over an hour with no one answering. I some to a manager the next day and his excuse was they were very busy and it was an exception. Next two nights were the exact same experience. Food was very bland at ultra high end prices. Old rooms. Crappy experience in every way possible. Stay somewhere else.

I regularly used this hotel for business and stayed in several of the mid-tier rooms. They're good. The space is fine, TV is fine, every room I was in had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Everything was totally fine with the room, I'd say the worst part regarding the room itself was that bathroom could have been more spacious. For the hotel in general the gym is super nice, there is an indoor and outdoor pool, employees were super friendly. For the pain points with the hotel in general: The elevators are super slow, the parking lot was very weird, some of the rooms were not noise insulated, and the food at the restaurant is stupidly expensive.

Had a pleasant but brief stay. My one criticism was the lack of complimentary wifi. It just seems kinda of weird to see in the day and age. It was clean the staff was polite and I would probably stay here again in a pinch.

I thought by looking at the outside of the building I was going to be impressed. Wow, was I wrong. My room needed paint, caulking on the tub/shower, and the heat fixed. The shower had leftover long black hairs on the walls as well as on the bed too. The price was decent but very disappointed with the appearance inside the building.

Date of visit: Aug 5-6, 2014
Unsafe: Door remained ajar unless given a firm shove. Latch plate was missing a screw that kept it ajar.
Uncomfortable: Room A/C a joke. On all night, it only cooled the room from 77F to 75F.
Unattractive: Paint peeling in bathroom ceiling.
Unacceptable: $12 for outside, self-parking in rural MA. $10 for Wi-Fi. No comp breakfast, but hotel dining room too small for the number of rooms.

It's been over a month now and they still haven't refunded me my $125 for incidentals. I called and they indicted it takes awhile for the refund to go through.

Just about as long as it takes me to eventually forget about it I suppose.

Been going there off and on for many years. Their consistency is amazing. They keep up with renovations to keep it fresh. The food and drinks are always good. The staff is always willing to help and very friendly. Look forward to returning many more times.

Older hotel but nice accommodations. Clean, neat and spacious room. Bathroom was clean but quite small. There are indoor and outdoor pools both of which are nice. Restaurant has good food but is a bit pricey. There is a good fitness area with relatively new eqipment as well as a weight room. A good value for the money.

It is a rather old Sheraton property that looks like a castle. Despite being a platinum there appears to be no club floor or lounge and the halls are in need of renovation. That said the room was fine, though the doors are old and stick badly.

While attending Bluegrass Festival asked Sara at front desk about day use of pool, was told they didn't do that which was fine. Then inquired about nearby parks for 90 min break to get kids outside and was brushed off with there are several within a 5-10 min ride. I told her I was not familiar with the area and could she be more specific. She became clearly agitated and said, "you'll see them as you drive, they are off the road" --not even naming which road although I assume she means same road as hotel. Not helpful at all and when I pointed that out, she didn't apologize, but just said "that's fine". No, not really, not fine at all.

Recently stayed here while traveling for work - my room was... okay (the alarm in my room hadn't been reset and the method to reset it wasn't obvious - it woke me up at 4:00am both mornings I was here). But as 1 of 4 travelers - another of my coworkers was checked into a room that hadn't yet been cleaned (dirty towels, unmade bed, etc.), and another was awoken at around 3am when the mirror in his bathroom fell off the wall and shattered all over the place. So 3 out of 4 of us had ... not great experiences - not much to recommend as you might imagine.

The place is lovely . Ice machine was empty. Called the desk who said they would have room service bring it to us. It never came. Single serve coffee packets in room but if you want a second cup you are out of luck. No other complimentary coffee in hotel. Restaurant doesn't open til 630 am then you can get coffee there. The bar lounge... Is comfy but very expensive. Mixed drinks were over 10 $ most beers around 7. Room did not have decent chairs... Beds were comfortable enough.

The food at the restaurant is just ok for the high price. The sheets are really itchy and the rooms are super dry. My work puts us up here during snow storms, but I try to avoid it at all costs just because of how itchy the rooms and linens are. It's almost like they starch the sheets, which is not cozy!

Large, outdated room with a VERY small bathroom. No Microwave, so one was requested and delivered in a timely manner, however it was old and not in good repair. To top it off, I was charged for parking. Apparently, it's cheaper to park down the street at take their "Shuttle Bus", or at least that's what the front desk clerk said. There are better options in this area for hotels, so I will choose one of those next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely terrible wifi strength for the 2nd night in a row. Don't stay at this hotel if wifi connectivity matters to you. It's awful here, be prepared to use your mobile phone if you must get online while staying at this hotel.

Hotel was decent but there were several issues with the room that made the stay less than stellar. Our AC unit rattled very loudly and made sleeping quite difficult as it was so loud it would interrupt our sleep. Additionally, the rooms are not very well sound isolated. On multiple different occasions, we heard babies screaming and crying from adjacent rooms which again impacted sleep.

Personally I slept on a cot so my experience may have been lesser than that of someone who would have slept on a bed butt off of the card may have been uncomfortable the building itself and all of the staff were exceptionally well taken care of and everything you could possibly want was at your fingertips

Room amenities were typical for Sheraton. Bed and pillows were nice. Service was friendly. Downsides were slow and insufficient # of elevators and particularly loud and bright noise from the highway and associated spot lights lighting up the highway side of the hotel. Black out shades were sufficient to handle lights, but windows were older and didn't do a great job with the highway noise.

I was working nights during my stay in Boston so of course during the day they were reshingling the roof constantly hammering. While at night, they had an event almost every night with loud music. It's like living next to a frat house. If you're looking for a quiet place look elsewhere.
