Sheraton Framingham (Starwood) Review

Hotel is beautiful, dining is over priced and staff is not as attentive as at others. The pool keeper (?) Was the best part, super nice and funny, helped my family and made it fun in there.

I was there to be picked up by a bus. Seemed pretty decent.

Front desk not overly pleasant but rooms aren't too bad, especially for how affordable the place is

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. The Front Desk Manager saw that we had been here 5 years ago and we explained it was our 5th Anniversary and we were married here at the Hotel. He upgraded our room and sent a really nice gift to our room. We come back every year and are always happy with our stay. We enjoy the gorgeous pools and great restaurant and bar and we always hate to leave.

It's a beautiful hotel on the outside, and very accommodating, but a bit outdated on the inside. The restrooms need some work. The hotel is easy to find, directly off the highway. The exit is very difficult to navigate, even visiting multiple times.

Convenient and easy to get to, located right off the Mass Pike. Lobby was well kept and maintained.

Went there for lunch before a meeting nearby, the bartender was nice. The sandwhich was good.

Honestly a very quite and nice hotel. The theme of the overall hotel seems to be a castle and they definitely set it up that way. The elevator have some nice wood doors like a castle dungeon door and they also have a fire place in the wall across from the elevator. Checking in was very easy and quick, and the rooms were very nice and well maintained. Quite hotel with a nice size large pool, although I didn't get to use it, I just saw it was huge. You control your own temperature in there and the safe is in the room. The room came with one bottle of water in it, if you prefer ice you'll have to go get it from the ice machine. The fridge is also empty and would need some nourishment. The hotel have it's own parking structure so it's free.

The Sheraton is a big hotel near to the highway. Therefore it's a little bit noisy even if you get a room on the back side.
The price is high for what you get and paying extra for WiFi (10 dollar) is a little bit outdated.
The staff is nice and cares about the consumers so that's okay.
The room(s I had to change the first one because of the noise) are nice and got everything you need. They are just not perfectly clean but it's not bad either.
The lobby is really nice with a cozy fireplace and anything.
There is a fitness room and a pool. Unfortunately I could try the pool because of the business hours. The machines and weights in the fitness room are old and are just enough for a little work out. It's more a room for cardio workout, but don't use the restroom there it's not the cleanest.
All in all my stay was okay and I felt comfortable but the price is just way too high as I said.
