Sheraton Framingham (Starwood) Review

Amazing hotel! Stayed here twice so far. The hotels by day. Com feature is a huge plus. Great amenities, big rooms, and very handicapped friendly!

Stayed at the Sheraton for one night while our house underwent some renovations. The staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to club level for no charge after my wife called to ask if there would be a fridge and microwave available. The pool and fitness center were both very nice, as was the club level lounge. The room was spacious and tidy.

Function rooms are spacious and the staff is attentive.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. But the rooms are not comfortable, bathroom is to small. When you open the bathroom door you have to squeeze your way around to close the door to get to the shower.

Really nice everything worked but no fridge or microwave it it made ramen noodles hard lol

One of the best hotels i have stayed at in years! Quite rooms, great HVAC, nice club level and a fantastic workout/excersize area. Parking gets tight in the evening.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly people. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!!

Nice friendly bar, standard room experience, very complete breakfast and evening snack in the club.

The WiFi was a bit spotty. One of the conferences didn't have it for my entire session, then later on did have it. The food and coffee were excellent, but I thought they could have arranged it for fewer lengthy lines. The hotel room was very good and very clean.

Easy to find conference is held next to exit to building awesome expierience

Went there for a holiday party with our special needs daughters. Service was outstanding. Wait staff offered to purree one of our daughters meals so she could enjoy the meal with the rest of us.

Excellent beds. Good coffee. Looks like a big castle when you're ready. Me likey.

If I were Marriott and just purchased the Sheraton Framingham, I would certainly say, hi, welcome to Marriott, how may I help you? I am not sure why the desk clerks didn't mention the change in ownership. The room was nice and generously sized and the breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, the pool bottom was dirty and the pool towels were a bad joke.

Went for a statewide celebration and was impressed by the friendly staff and size of the facility. Their conference center is larger than it looks.

Property was atrociously dirty. Within two minutes of checking in we were greeted by a very upset father about the cleanliness of the pool. The room was so basic that they did not even have refrigerator or microwave. The trash bins had not been changed at all in our two night stay. We were really looking forward to the stay. Very disappointed.

Great pool for kids and families. Great stay! Just wished the room had a
fridge.

I just stayed in this hotel last night after arriving late at BOS airport. Didn't want to drive 5 hr back to NYC so this hotel was close enough to city to have a nice dinner and on my route back to NYC. It was very nice from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The outside was really nice and different. The lobby was very nice and inviting with fireplaces. I thought the hotel room will be bad as described but NO. It was really really nice. The bed, the sheets, everything was comfortable. The carpet as very nice and had patterns. It was very clean. Almost everything was updated except for the drop ceiling but that was ok. The shower in the morning was great. They changed it to Kohler shower head. Awesome! The hallway had a lot of character as well. There is a brick wall that wraps around the elevator. There are also brick archways in the lobby. This is by far the best Sheraton I've stayed at! Thank you!!

Very nice and spacious rooms to rest in. Along with the quality meeting rooms, they make it a great stay

Had high expectations and entire family was disappointed. One of our first encounters within the hotel was meeting a man who mentioned that the pool was so filthy he wouldn't allow his young daughter to swim in it. The room lacked a microwave or a fridge. We stayed during the incredibly hot 100 degree weather to find that their indoor pool was closed soley because there was no lifeguard on duty even though it was within pool hours, and only their outdoor pool was open. The outdoor pool was crowded amd disgusting and considering that it was during a very hot heat wave it should not have been the outdoor pool that was open, as temperatures were dangerous. A fairly terrible experience.

I stayed here last winter. I dont think I will stay here anymore. There were bed bugs crawling on my bed. I lift the mattress up and see lots of dead bugs. Nasty.

I went for a meeting because my uncle is holding his wedding there. I saw the rooms too. They r really nice. It is a large and great hotel. Hallways are a little small

Easy getting off the turnpike,but need a sign to to tell how many feet before entry to the Hotel.

Basically a nice place. Carpet was cleaned, but stained. Only 1 housekeeping snafu in a 4 day, 3 night stay. Not shopping, eating, entertainment within walking distance tho

Not much to say, I arrived late and left early in the morning, but it was a comfortable bed for the night and I'd come back if I'm going through the area again.

The venue was great! Conference room had lots of capacity, and Ballroom was very nice. Staff was very nice and polite. The hotel was welcomming after a 3.5 hour drive up!

The conference was very eye opening and we are excited to participate. Hope to get the chance to make it happen

I only used one conference room. Audio visusl services all worked well and employees were available for assistance if needed.

Clean room...front desk personnel can be good or shady depending on who is working. Stayed a few times over the years and have always had a pleasant stay. Bar is good also.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Pool, dry sauna, weights and cardio equipment were a huge plus! Loved the accommodations and will definitely be back! Theses folks at Sheriton Framingham simply did everything right! Thank you!!!

I was here for a small symposium so didn't get to experience much of the place, but the conference room was more than adequate and the restrooms were extremely clean.

Not impressed for the money spent, elevators are small out of date and slow, parking lot in back very similar lit no real good access from really of BLD when main parking lot is full.
High priced breakfast buffet not worth the 17 dollars. I can make runny eggs at home way cheaper Simply put could stays accross the street at the motel 6 way cheaper.

Not too happy with this hotel. I generally don t sleep on hotel pillows.Let me tell you why. My hotel room 465 had 2 pillows that were dark yellow stained that looked like they belonged to grandad that hadn t been changed the past decade and had the most foul odor. It was utterly disgusting and I was just disappointed with the standards or lack of standards of this Sheraton. I took pictures and a video, I wish this app had ability for me to post them.

Room was very clean and the location was excellent. The bar was nice and the staff were very friendly.

Set up was nice, drinks were strong and food was delicious.

Staff was nice except for accountant named Joanne who was rude and possibly under the influence property needs upgrades especially the bathrooms which are small

Love the castle ambience. But... Tired rooms that aren't super clean.

Beautiful Hotel! My family and I were very impressed by the architecture. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are super comfy. Pools are awesome, gym is nice. Overall a very nice stay!

This is the worst experience we've had at a motel in a long time. 1) We could hear the person in the next room with unbelievable clarity 2) Continental breakfast was not complimentary 3) No fridge in the room. 3) Some device-charging sockets didn't work. 4) Pool was locked when scheduled to be open (they opened it for us) 5) Curtains were designed not to close (we eventually found the pull-down window shade) 6) Bathroom fan didn't work (or are they silent now?)

Room was clean, plumbing worked, bed was comfortable.

Staff are pleasant but the place smells and looks like a Vegas casino. The only nice thing about the rooms is that they are spacious. Beds are hard are there are next to no amenities... that you don't pay for. I'm paying the same thing to stay here with a basic setup that I paid to stay at the Marriott residence down the road which has a separate living room and bedroom, full kitchen and free WiFi.

The exterior looks very European. It is very much like a castle. The contemporary fireplaces and design when entering the lobby are very nice. However, it is hard to imagine having a wedding there as those facilities seem outdated. The staff was very nice and overall had a great time. The food is usually excellent but last night's buffet style dinner came up short. The best part of the dinner was the salad and soups unfortunately.

The accommodations were great but every damn chair in the conference rooms that I sat in was broken! This is unbelievable since they made over $150,000 off of our organization for the weekend!

This beautiful hotel is very impressive. Except for breakfast. There is no continental breakfast and plate prices are rather steep...

The room and audio were excellent for the presentors. Seating was also plentiful and comfortable. I do however wish more water was provided, as we (a group of 100 or so) had at several points over the course of 5 hours ran out of water.

Wonderful location and business amenities. Perfect place in the Boston area to conduct day long workshops. Ample parking space too.

There for a conference. Good facility, catered food was standard but tasty. Parking can he limited at larger events.

Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is nice and clean. I was in an accessible room, and found that the shower head was finicky, and drooped at an odd angle. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant.

I'm very please with my room, very clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Due to COVID-19, no breakfast was served. They have muffins, croissants and other cookies, etc. behind the reception but you have to pay for them and they're NOT cheap. You have to pay for coffee too. They're couple coffee and tea bags in your room with coffee maker. No bottle water. If you want more, sorry you have to buy from the reception area.

PLEASE be aware of Room 179!!!! (Double bed room)

This room is horrible! I had went to lay into bed (closer to the bathroom) and got a faint smell of dry urine.. pulled the covers back and the mattress smelled just like so.. went and gave the covers a shake, same smell! It's like housekeeping never changed the sheets!..I shouldn't have to go sniffing a bed before I lay in it, correct? Should be able to trust they would have the decency to CHANGE BED SHEETS! And Noticed fruit flies last minute after calling guest services to switch my room.. I'm only giving two stars because the front desk staff was helpful and understanding!

Never again! This one incident is more than enough for me to never come back.. and to add you need to pay for WiFi... honestly ?? Okay..

Hopefully the owner of this establishment is reading ... GET NEW MATTRESSES!! Or if you would like to continue being cheap.. flip mattresses.. unless this was done already? .. cheers !

Absolutely amazing place....excellent customer service, food is superb, clean and organized.

The location is very convenient, and the rooms well furnished. The bathrooms are small for the price though. As well, our room door let a lot of hallway light under. Very bright when trying to sleep.

Beautiful facility, easy to navigate, snacks and drinks readily available. Banquet lunch was delicious.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and very well kept. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are super comfy. I love the pillows. The only thing I didn't like was that you can't open the windows in the rooms to let the air in but overall it's always a great stay at Sheraton Framingham

The new Starbucks coffee shop is great, when it's open. It was closed all day Sunday, the day most event attendees need it most.

Visited the place to catch an intercity bus in front of the place. The lobby is great and the receptionists are also very helpful.

Room is nice, service is nice and there is lots of parking.

It was a great stay our second time as a family staying there. Great service clean room. Have fun staying in the castle and swimming in the pool.

The pool is very warm and calm we love it there. We live close by and go there constantly.
