Room is spotless & very comfortable. Starbucks in the lobby bar! Friendly, accommodating staff, convenience mart open 24/7. What more could one ask for?

Much nicer than their "sister" hotel, the Doubletree, across the street. If you are choosing between the two- choose Sheraton! Our room here was cheaper and better quality.
Comfortable, clean rooms. Check in process was quick and easy. I was an hour early for check in and no mention was made. No microwave or fridge. Breakfast buffet was fresh and with an omelette station.
Airport personnel sent us to wrong luggage carousel. Easy to move around and very good signage.
I will give this place 3 and a half because it doesn't offer free breakfast and does not have indoor pool other then that a nice place and location and beautiful view
Comfy beds nice pillows didn't stay long enough for amedities use. Restraunt was very expensive. 14 for burger and fries 16 for chicken salad.
GREAT service! And the property is beautiful. I ate at the restaurant and the food was wonderful!! They offered a menu or their Buffett. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. I most my hotel room view of the city plus we are 10 minutes away from Wal-Martand less then 20 minutes away from the DFW Airport.
Needs cleaning up. Staff are very good though. The bar food I had was stellar. Had the blackened chicken.

Rooms were fine. Catering for our meetings was excellent. The catering manager Jose was very kind and thoughtful.
The hotel is a little dated I'm amenities but it is clean. If you need to stay close to the airport I recommend it. Otherwise, it can be a hike from downtown.
American got us the hotel cause of some plane issue. Very nice
Nice rooms, a little smaller, but very clean and modern. We got free breakfast vouchers with the room through Expedia and, I have to say, it was probably the best/fanciest breakfast buffet I have ever had. We used the shuttle to and from the airport with no problems. They offer extended parking through a 3rd party service, but you can just leave your vehicle there.
Good and nice hotel. The people treat you excellently and the facilities are good and clean. I recommend it.
This hotel was more than accommodating. We were in town for a surprise engagement party. Very very pleased!
Very conveniently located close to the Convention Center and plenty of things to do. I like the layout of the hotel, may chances to chat up new people. The staff is very pleasant and housekeeping folks are super helpful. I love the bed! Very comfortable. We also had dinner and brunch in the hotel restaurant. Good food; the staff could be more attentive.

I must admit my price from my online search was very easy on the pocketbook but It is definitely impacted as with most other hotels with the pandemic. Our TV did not work which I only like to watch the weather and morning news to start the day... And it advertised breakfast but it is by purchase only from their store where you nuke it from the microwave behind the front desk. The Whisky Tango lounge was very nice and they had a nice big screen TV there but I didn't have the drive to brush my teeth in the lobby while I watched the weather and news...

Fabulous... Very close to the airport... Customer service is excellent (Sheraton always treat you as a king/queen). Buffet breakfast was excellent and the waiters were very friendly. The room comfortable and the bed super good. Loved this short stay. Worth the investment...

I was at the Sheraton to attend a convention held there. I did not stay as a guest so cant speak to the rooms. I can say all the staff was very nice when I spoke with them. The lobbies, restrooms, and conference rooms were all clean. The bar/restaurant has pretty decent food as well based off the one meal I had.
Paid $113+tax; came in about 7pm and left at 4 am so just slept besides brief evening visit to club lounge
Starwood member; given free upgrade to club level; lounge with free drinks and appetizers in the evening. Left at 4am so did not partake of free breakfast. Nice clean room; comfortable bed; nice amenities in bathroom. Given room on tenth floor facing freeway but room was quiet; good AC unit which was not noisy
Front desk at reception and check-out rather unfriendly and curt; I had called ahead and requested and was granted free upgrade to club level; check-in desk seemed to almost resent that
I like the convince of having the airport close by and having free transportation from and to the airport. The hotel itself is quite beautiful. It's not extremely fancy but it is.

the bathrooms are clean ,the shampoo conditioner, body soap are provided , the bedding is very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating KAMI* was such a pleasure to work with.
There's plenty of free self parking I couldn't ask for more. When I'm back in Dallas the Sheraton will be my 1st stop.
The location is very good being next to the airport and especially AT&T stadium where I came to watch the cowboys. My room was very nice with a huge window that covers most of my room. Service is great with a bar and TV to watch and sports if your into that. Overall great hotel to spend the night after watching a great playoff game.
The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Service was prompt and amazing, reliable and consistent. Just wish they provided a fridge for guests staying longer durations. I would return, however.

Was there for a work meeting. Not a bad place to hold one. Getting out of the parking lot and on to the street can be a challenge in rush hour.
Parked here for airport. Shuttle service was very friendly and prompt.
Hotel staff are very professional, extremely helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.

It's just extremely huge. Like literally a maze you'll get lost. Google maps helps you known what terminal to go to if your flight is connected to it. So use it. Otherwise, try to follow the signs, go with your instinct otherwise ask for help.
Other than that I enjoyed it.
We usually stay one weekend during the month of February for our church marriage retreat. Always an amazing mini-cation only 2 1/2 hours from home.
All the details were taken care of. We loved the bathroom vanity. There is even a retractable clothes line in the shower for drying swimsuits.The shuttle to and from the airport was a huge bonus and the drivers were pretty cool. The restaurant had good options and offered a buffet when we were there. The pool area was okay, could've used the net more frequently to clean out leaves. There were plenty of towels. Service was great for the most part. Some folks in our party were getting pushed out by housing, even though we were scheduled for another night. The front desk addressed the issue.
Room was very clean. Excellent space with a (distant) skyline view of down town. Everything you could want or need in the room, including legit Starbucks coffee. AMAZING beer selection at the bar, and good sports on the giant TVs. Highly recommended.
It's a business trip motel, but I would like to have a mini fridge in the room. I was also quoted king size bed twice and ended up with 2 full size beds. Now does that really matter, no, but it's not what I was told when booking the room so 4 stars, maybe 3 1/2.
Beautiful hotel. Got a corner room. This hotel ia right next to DFW airport but the walls and windows are insulated veey well so you never notice the airplanes taking off.

Attended a conference here. Everything was clean and presentable. Can't speak to the rooms as I live in the area but the conference rooms were super nice. Staff was nice but not intrusive. Plenty of amenities.
Clean room comfortable and close to DFW it was lacking a fridge but there was a ice and vending machine just around the corner

It has wonderful event hosting sites, it's the perfect place for anything elegant. The rooms are pretty meh depending on what you can afford but overall the inside is organized nicely and has a nice view of the city
