Review of Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel

Pros:

Pros:
-Clean
-Comfortable
-Free shuttle to/from DFW
-Friendly staff

Cons:
-No free breakfast (I believe it s a breakfast buffet and about $20 a person)
-Bad communication for shuttle pick up to hotel (I waited about 55 minutes for a shuttle to the hotel because of miscommunication. There s not a direct line to the shuttle driver, instead, every time I called, it was to hotel employee who would relay the information to the shuttle driver. I had to call the hotel 3 times because they never took my cell phone number to call me or give the shuttle driver my number and waiting 55 minutes in 55 degree weather at midnight is not exactly ideal.
