Sheraton Bucks County Hotel Review

Great service, friendly people and plenty of amenities around here

Location was great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and park. There is a shuttle that goes every 10-15 minutes which is extremely convenient. Rooms was very large, modern, and clean, though the bathroom was very small. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again

Tv went in and out.
Breakfast was so so.
No sidewalk to Sesame Place, which is no more than a quarter mile away.

Don't come here and want to get sleep. All kids all time door slamming yelling. If you like being around loud people from NJ and their screaming kids. This place is for you .

The hotel is located convenient to I-95 and Rt 30 and is adjacent to Aria Hospital. The staff was friendly, and the conference rooms and lobby areas were clean and spacious.

Very clean. Nice room. Staff friendly. Good size whirlpool. Pool a little cooler than I would like but not cold.

This hotel Room are not soundproof at all. It s almost three o clock now. The TV next door is so noisy that I can t sleep. I can even hear the fart, the refrigerator is broken, and the landline phone is broken.

Toilet runs occasionally on its own. Noise bothers my wife but not me.

For the cost of a room, you would think breakfast is included

This place is a joke. I'm forced to stay here for work. I haven't had a trash can in 4 days yesterday there was a massive bag of trash left in my room. There are no laundry facilities the only microwave in the entire hotel is in the kitchen in the bar and they have to do it. .The bar is massively overpriced and there are no ice machines on any of the floors. If you have to work on the weekend good luck getting a good night's sleep. Parking when they are busy is horrible. The only good thing are most if the staff are friendly and it's location

The food was terrible , cold and dried out. The staff was unfriendly and just as cold as the food.

The building itself is very nice and fancy and the service is kind and extremely helpful. I only passed in to deliver pizza, but they told me where to go and had a smile on their faces the whole time. Very friendly. And the top of the building has a gorgeous view.

Really beautiful lobby and professional conference rooms

The king bed is really nice. Standard hotel pillows. The people there are nice and helpful. Have not used gym or pool but looking forward to it.

Hotel is OK. The bathtub in our room was gross with a disgusting caulk patch job barely fixing a tub that really needs to be replaced. In addition we requested some extra towels, and pillows for our daughter's sofa bed. It took over two hours and four calls before they were finally delivered as we were trying to get her down for the night. However the rest of the facility was clean and the club lounge for starwoods guests was nice.

We arrived at noon and the staff allowed us to check in early. We went to our room and my daughter hopped on one of the beds right away. I went to change her clothes and noticed multiple, small, red stains on the comforter. I quickly took my 3-year-old daughter off of the bed and was shocked. I started to look around the bedding a bit more after this and noticed huge stains on the bed skirt that appeared grease-like. My husband then looked at the other queen sized bed in the room and we were disgusted. There were small black curly hairs on the bed. I'm sure you can imagine our horror. I called the front desk right away and spoke with a woman named Sue, who was very apologetic. She offered to change the bedding and sent someone up to the room.

Around 6:30pm we came back to the room from Sesame Place and the bedding was clean, but our room had another issue, ladybugs. They were crawling all over the ceiling and by the air conditioning unit.

Later that evening, we decided to order some room service. We looked over the menu and tried to place an order for two cappuccinos, a slice of red velvet, and two bowls of vanilla ice cream. We were told that there weren't any cappuccinos, so I asked for two lattes only to be told there weren't any lattes either and I could have a cup of coffee, which I reluctantly agreed to. A few seconds later we received a call in the room informing us that there wasn't any red velvet cake either. Ok, not a big deal, and we ordered a slice of chocolate thunder instead. Very shortly after our room service arrived, and our coffee was forgotten. Are you sensing the tone of the stay yet?

We went to sleep, hoping to not inhale any of the many ladybugs in the room, awoke the next morning and decided to have breakfast in the hotel. We waited 35 minutes to be seated, and the dining room was far from full. The man who seemed to be in charge of the dining room was extremely slow at seating the families, there was no sense of urgency even when the line was extending into the lobby. When we were finally seated I noticed a long black hair in the milk on the table. I looked at my husband and we were just done. I was afraid to eat because the level of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The server took the milk, brought a new one and never once apologized. It was like this was a common occurrence.

The mirrors in the hallways and elevator were filthy, there was a beer bottle on the table by the elevator the entire time we were there. Aside from this being a housekeeping issue, there were many children staying at the hotel. It's scary to think what could have happened if a child took a sip, or if it broke and cut someone.

I do not think the staff was up to the challenge of so many families and children being there, which is disheartening since a children's amusement park is across the road.

When we checked out we let the manager at the front desk know some of the issues we had and he took $50 off of our bill.

We have a free pass to Sesame Place that is valid until the end of the year and even though we would be driving at least 3 hours, I think staying the night is not an option for us.

I received an email after our stay asking to complete a survey, which I did. Shortly after, I received an email from the GM apologizing and saying he would personally look after us during our next stay. Next stay?! How presumptuous to think I would bring my family back. He stated the hotel was being revamped in November, which is great because this place is filthy!

Went to this property for sales meetings, the property was very nice but the lunch they served us was terrible.

Got to my room & there was water all over the bathroom sink &floor as if someone was just using the bathroom, pulled back the shower curtain and there was foul smelling urine all in the tub ! During this pandemic you d think hotels would be making sure cleanliness is their number 1 priority. It was late so I didn t make a big fuss about it, but I wasn t even given an apology they just gave me a new room... Will never stay here again

Nice place but they don't have good info when booking they say the pool is open but when you check in they tell you that the pool is closed that is false advertising

Very convenient location near Jefferson Bucks County Hospital, Sesame Place, many restaurants, malls and mini malls.

The room was luxuriant, the layout was efficient, it was impeccably clean. The king size bed and large screen TV was at one end of the room, the large desk was opposite a king size hide-a-bed sofa at the other end of the room by the window.

The bedding and towels were plush and soft.

The room was quiet and relaxing.

The view from the 11th floor was amazing. I could see Philadelphia 22 miles away.

Very classy, affordable, clean and has it all, restaurant, bar and most of all very nice staff

No room service unless you think a package is room service. There are no ice machines would you have to go down turn the main lobby to get a little bag of ice to carry back to your room. There is no breakfast service again only if you ask for pre packaged service. The restaurant only open from 4:00 p.m. along with the bar.
The only reason they are still in business is regards a Sesame Place which is right across the road and because they have large rooms 4 conventions.
If I was taking my family there to see Sesame Place I would not stay at the Sheraton Bucks County you would be better off saving money and staying at the Red Roof or any other Motel

The service here is outstanding i love there pool its huge

Would like to see a coffee and beverage station for conference attendees. Everything else was great

It's clean and in a great location but $250 hold is ridiculous. Was missing towels and hair dryer which were replaced quickly. Staff is good. Fitness center nor pool open due to The Vid

Meeting rooms were very well equipped to handle the crowd size and electronic equipment worked great.

Trying to get some sleep here now but I can literally (for the last hour) hear the people next door have sex while my 4 year old is sleeping next to me. It's so loud it almost sounds like it's in the same room. If ur looking for a quiet nights sleep go somewhere else. Gonna be a long night

Great room no microwave only decaf coffee in room

Water was cold because of the water heater breaking and they gave me a tough time when I asked for credit but after calling my booking agent they solved the credit issue and the next day the water finally worked.

Had a clean quiet room on the 14th floor with a nice view. It was perfect for my girlfriend and I.

First of all I did not get the correct treatment because of my skin color not only that when I left my room and came back it was a staff member sick in my room so what was really going on. Then I could not get my room cleaned they was just doing the most dont think I will go back. Also they play with the wifi code

Good staff and service, great location for local attractions (I.e., walkable to sesame place, close to many shops and restaurants).

The rooms were nice, the beds were very stiff, but breakfast was really good. Parking was a mess and the wait staff didn't dress professional at all. Overall I still would stay again.

Elevators are old school in a bad way. Decor is dated. Parking situation is a joke. Pool closed for two days during stay. Food bland, overcooked and poorly prepared.

A big luxurious name brand..equaled great expectations...sadly just an average room..even worse really bad repairs made to the tub drain and shower controls...best to save money and go elsewhere

Love the place had a bad experience checking in despite being a Gold Elite member but that was one female individual and was rectified by a on duty manager

Nice place for a wedding or holiday party! Exercise room and indoor pool!

I ve given this place 3 tries and each time my complaint list gets longer. Fix your elevators for the love of God! Each time I ve stayed there over a matter of 18 months one elevator has always been down. It takes forever to get to and from your room. There is never enough parking after seven or 8 PM. If you can t park out front you have to park in the back which I can safely say is the creepiest area I ve ever had to walk through. It s a covered garage that s very dark and you have to walk down and a children of the corn hallway with no direction on where you re going. I don t feel safe walking that way by any means. The filet I had at the restaurant was disgusting and the waiter had to be the worst waiter I ve encountered in a very long time. On my second day of this last visit the hotel had no water for about two hours in the morning which was not the greatest way to start my day. They have hypoallergenic rooms which seems cool but the four nights I stayed there I woke up with a sore throat every morning. Coincidence? Maybe my body prefers dirty air? The rooms don t have a microwave which is a little frustrating considering they have a fridge. I m not saying that this place is dirty or anything like that. Maybe my standards are too high but I guess if I m going to pay for something I expect to get what I pay for.

One of our rooms wasn t ready when we checked in at 5:30 pm. We were told the rooms would be adjoining but they were not. We also requested a cot when our room was finally ready and were told that cots were available. No one brought a cot to our room and after waiting two hours, we finally found out the hotel no longer has cots available. This hotel is far too expensive for the terrible guest service we received. The parking lot is terrible and far too small for a large hotel.

Nice room but nothing is free... $3 water, even WiFi is charged after a certain amount, no free breakfast. The bed is small amd very unfortable. Nice location.

Perfect place for holidays or just to have fun around.

I spent two nights in a row at this property. Stay was very pleasant. Check-in was easy, with friendly, efficient service. My King room was large, and we'll furnished. The bed was very comfortable, with a selection of pillow types and soft bedding. The easy chair with pull out footstool was comfortable, and the desk and desk chair met my needs. The TV was large, and had a decent number of channels. The bathroom featured a 5' tub and everything in there worked properly. Gym is very large, with nice Life Fitness equipment, plus yoga mats, exercise balls, and dumbbells. The lounge on the 14th floor is smaller, and the food offered is simple. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants if you are willing to cross some roads. Overall, strong recommend.

Only complaint is elevators take forever and middle elevator was down. History of having broken elevators. Great staff nice rooms

Nice hotel, ate at the bar every day after work. Food was good. Room was clean and up to date, maid cleaned up room nicely everyday. Was here for a business trip.

Customer cards are authorised beyond the stay limit and there are no response to care customer concern on this regard!

Place needs a little more TLC in some areas ( lobby, hall furniture etc.) Very close to Sesame Place which would be a plus on a warmer day.

Hotel is very nice and accommodating. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only complaint was noise from the hospital close by.

Beds are great. Most important to me when traveling!

Everyone was super friendly. The room was squeaky clean and the bed was beautiful and comfortable. The best part was the air purifier in my room. I asked for no air fresheners and they gave this wonderful wood. I had no allergic reactions like I normally do in hotels. Thank you!! I will be looking for this kind of room!!!

What to expect from a place like this. Very quiet, and clean. But the continental breakfast is not for everyone!?!?!? Maybe it's just me, but I thought everyone was entitled....

I was really impressed at the Sheraton. I had no issues at all with my room everything was clean and very comfortable.

Excellent stay at the Sheraton. Had an issue with our room and staff was more than helpful in resolving the problem. Upgraded our room at no cost to us and the new room was great. Clean and inviting. Would stay there again in a second.
