Old run down, smelly, dirty old hotel. Standards are very poor. Room AC was noise, staff not very friendly and very far from the city centre. Wouldn't recommend for anyone.

You need to renovate this place immidiately.....its old and not good....and you have to re layout this place.

Feels like home.. clean and simple.
Home for many flight attendants as well.

The place of ablution at the Umrah prayer room is inadequate

We made a reservation because airport was near, and there was pick-up, but was very good.
It is not new, but it has a Balinese, classical atmosphere, and the lobby has a sense of liberation and makes us think of a resort. And the food was also very delicious. I would also like to use it when returning home.

Please repair the prayer place to make it more comfortable ... thank you

The airport is busy ... public service facilities are satisfactory ... public transportation is easy. shuttle bus is ok..pass between terminals is convenient ...

A good hotel that gives the impression that it was previously a luxury hotel- very beautiful but a tiny bit run down.

Somewhat far away the room, and quiet past the empty passageways

Parking lot is expensive, jember is scary when I go there from the lobby to the parking lot the road is very far and spooky, like a lot of snakes, try at 19 oo rain and the parking facilities are not wearing

Located close to the airport, old hotel and old furniture, Food is good and frindly staff, the SPA is very good.

5min from airport .. Nice sheraton standard but minus one star as service is super super slow

Equipped with a meeting room, but management during meetings is not like a 4 star hotel. It might be inferior to smaller hotels.
I didn't stay here so I didn't comment.
Far-off parking lot, in my opinion, is a plus besides adding an exclusive impression, we can also exercise in a narrow time, moreover the road is very charming and blends with nature.

Air con is too cold, guests staying there are all being freezed. Everything in there is old and the hotel itself, the lighting is too dim. Gym and spa is the best part in the hotel. Stream, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Since the hotel is a resort style, please expect mosquitos flying everything in the hotel.

Lunch is recommended here. There is a swimming pool too. Just now it was easy here so it turned out like that.

Near from soekarno hatta international airport.. if you have early morning schedule you better visit this hotwl

Its old, but it has great service and strategically located. Quite secluded so you dont feel like you're staying near a busy airport

The hotel is close from the airport,that one the good thing, but the service little bit complicated,you need deposit and must be using credit card ,and some time the man with black suits making complicated too .we have been booked online before there but in the front service they still asking many things about room etc ,look not have good communication on internal worker.
But they have good bar in the outside
