Sheraton Ambassador Hotel & Towers Review

Very attentive and helpful, certainly a very nice place

Hotel in the most central area of Monterrey, a few steps from Calle la Morelos that has a variety of shops suitable for family walks. The area is safe due to the presence of local police elements.

They do not have bell service and the cleaning service does it very late, like at 5pm

Of the most "economic" hotels in the city with excellent service, excellent amenities. Totally recommended.

Hotel of high category, penalty the parking has the cost of $ 100 per night. Something difficult to explain when it should be free, after having paid so much for the room ...

A well-kept facility with good staff, good location and clean well-maintained rooms. Club room was unmanned for two days i was there, so other employees had to be summoned to get coffee or wine. Other than that, solid stay.

Hotel was very nice. Excellent rooms, good bar and restaurant. Gym could use some newer equipment. The neighborhood is not the best.

Outside is not the big deal. But upon entering it is impressive

Attending the hotel is very easy due to it's central location.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, 1 block from Macroplaza, the hotel is clean, good service and has free Valet parking if you are staying at it.

I was twice at this hotel. The first time I went to a room not remodeled although they are spacious not very nice. The second time I went to the remodeled rooms, those were very good. Good breakfast I do not recommend the restaurant

The room is spacious and beautiful. We expected it to have a pool since on the internet it still has some photos that indicate that, although not on its official website, which is confusing because it does not have a pool.

Good location and close to Cintermex, comfortable rooms with all services and beds is the best along with the attention of the hotel staff. The bad: the environment of the hotel feels insecure and in fact they recommend you in reception not to go out to walk at night, a single elevator because the second one is under construction. But they are definitely recommending it

Everything was very clean, staff was kind and helped me with some doubts that I had. The hotel looked spacious and very fancy.

Got a master suite for few days. Was visiting MTY for a coworkers wedding.
The hotel was flawless. Staff was friendly and room service was fast. Hotel rooms were clean and well maintained.
We had access to lounge which had a very nice view. It has computers and drinks for guests to enjoy.
Hotel had a very extensive breakfast menu. Food was amazing. Cost of room was reasonable. Some of our other coworkers from all over US and Canada stayed at the hotel and everyone was happy with what the hotel had to offer.
Will definitely recommend booking this hotel for your trip to MTY.

It has a rather privileged location. Good facilities and excellent service

Good location. Close to everything you can walk everywhere and many restaurants near by. Parking isnt included. The service was great and nice view. The pool wasn't working when we stayed, the beds were comfy and clean.
