Dirty rooms, poorly cleaned, minibar did not work, apparently unsafe area.

Very good hotel and you can have a good primocion with time and the best is still very central but as a problem is that you touched a room watching a building that is parking all the way out

Bad organization of the Nice event, could end in tragedy

Went there for an event, Nice place and very good location. Valet parking was a bit lacking when delivering car. Lifts are a bit dated and would need a bit of redecoration.

This place is deceiving. On the pictures and website it shows a swimming pool.

The hotel is clean, but requires a maintenance soon. The doors are worn like the carpet. The elevators take too long to respond especially if there are several people waiting for it to arrive. Its location is very good, near the square.

As a bar it is expensive but it is good because it is a shining place and it is the most central place.

I just went toa party, but the service was awesome and it was a beatiful place.

It is a good hotel, it has everything rich in a good hotel but the pool in the photos looks bigger And it is not true how much it has to be one meter 20 in length and width, it has a gym but nothing out of the ordinary The good thing up to a point is the location, since if it is your first time in Monterrey and you arrive by bus, it is close to the bus station and the macro plaza is nearby.

Checking in is a slow process and even slower when you deliver your vehicle. Sooo slow !!!!
