The food service very good, the food and drinks were very tasty, the attention as soon as they went up or down to the weather I also found it very helpful.

Good location and excellent places nearby to go out and meet. I recommend it.

The Hotel itself is pretty good, however it s the neighborhood in which it lays that make it a questionable choice, the parking facilities are even more questionable, and the elevators work only at half capacity and rarely if ever does one get off waiting less than five minutes to make the commute from Ones Room to the lobby or the great hall. The room was clean and agreeable, the view pleasant, and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service, very comfortable rooms and excellent food

The rooms are well equiped, but they need to focus more on the cleanliness. There is only one elevator in the whole hotel which is extremely annoying for a high rise.

It does not stop being a Sheraton. But the glamor was lost with the remodeling. The jacuzzi service without family character takes away the value. Other hotels do it but I think you should copy the positive not the negative.

Very old hotel, all doors from 6th and 8th floor are scratched, dirty carpets. Bad experience at checkin (3 rooms, one not ready the other smelled) not coming back

I am a business partner of Belcorp and that day they gave us a pkte of work with 6 products and in a moment we left it alone the table I stole a product

Although the service and food were extraordinary, the service after leaving the hotel is very bad, I have been asking for my invoice for 3 weeks, 3 calls, 2 emails, 2 times the billing information delivered and nobody attends ...... This deserves the extraordinary service that the rest of the staff had ... how much longer do I have to wait for my bill?

The hotel staff is very helpful, however they have been remodeling the whole hotel and you are unable to even take a conference call due to the noise. I had to leave my room and take my meetings in the lobby the whole week.

I think it got to a point where it looks old and they keep charging like 5 stars. Apart from that, his staff is always very kind and attentive. I do not know if I decide to return there or give opportunity to others of the same range.

Traditional hotel in downtown Monterrey, near the Macroplaza and the Government Palace. It has a restaurant. It has rooms for social events such as weddings and fifteen years. Also seminars and conferences. There is valet parking service.

One of the iconic hotels in the city of Monterrey. Luxurious, roomy except the reception bathrooms that are outrageously narrow. I have gone to events and the salons seem to me in good taste although a little past style. A renovated small would be ideal to my liking. The place is in a narrow corner but that makes it more attractive. I like it.

The exterior image is deteriorating and seeing you go.

It was really a bad experience, it touched me on the first floor, they had an error in the shift change and they lost my reservation, and they took our things, then they reassigned us the room, and the door broke down and we could not enter, 1 hour to repair it The carpets in terrible condition, the dirty bathroom, and much to say in general about cleanliness. Nothing recommended

An old hotel and that surprises me that to be of such a good chain, it has enough deficiencies. I went to a forum in one of their rooms and found that the quality of the coffee and food they offered was poor, since the first one lacked flavor (coffee was very diluted) and dry bread. The elevator was late in arriving, the WiFi Internet connection was bad and generated delays in the conferences, the air conditioner failed suddenly because it cooled the place a lot and then left it almost at room temperature. The carpets dirty and percudidas, bathrooms with lack of soap and paper in more than one occasion.
The foods sponsored and offered by the hotel restaurant were bad for lack of seasoning and freshness in ingredients.
Hopefully improve the service, as it is surprising that it is so bad for a reputable chain.

The towels are old but I can't even complain it looks very clean.

Excellent service and even more when you have not signed the contract yet but once your event is about to conclude, they will not even let you raise your official in front of the main door

Nice rooms only I asked for a king size bed and they gave me a room with 2 double beds and the minibar could not be opened, but at reception everything excellent, bathroom with tub, if it is a floor below the view is not nice but I had No problem or inconvenience more than the beds. In spite of that, the hotel is very elegant and the price is reasonable.

The lobby is amazing but the rooms are great it's worth it to get to this place
