Noisy elevators keep you awake at night. Dark rooms with poor lighting. Tired decor. The maid took my dressing gown on the first day and didn't replace it. Good location for shops and Macroplaza.

I requested service by issuance, for the use of swimming pool and breakfast included. The only 2 specifications I was looking for in a hotel. It turns out that for the new administration the pool service was canceled (they already updated it in google this weekend!) And I was denied breakfast included. I have my reservation number for expedia and the breakfast ticket that I had to request as "extra charge". The app and web do not let me review the hotel.
The facilities are super old and finished. The hot water in the room is warm water. And the sound of the events room is very annoying. More when the restaurant is under the stairs that face the living room.
