Stayed three nights tourney Masters ..great hotel food and bar..music...loved it...seeya next year...

We visited the Wave nightclub and had no issues getting drinks when we wanted or any drama that comes with the club atmosphere traditionally. Love it here.

Booked for the weekend and enjoyed the Clearwater atmosphere but when we woke up in the a.m. the were cockroaches in the dressers and crawling in the bathroom. We caught 3 different Roaches on video and showed it to Greg the manager. We wanted out but he refused to refund us because "Roaches are normal in Florida". These were not Palmetto bugs but regular ol' nasty roaches.

Beautiful beach and view. Jet ski's came and spoiled beach time.

Visited for lunch. Food too forever to be served and was mediocre at best. The vibe was nice though and free valet parking was convenient. We were with friends who said that the service and food quality was usually much better, but based on our one visit we wouldn't go back.

Fresh seafood on the beach in Clearwater FL. Food was exceptional!!

Had an awesome evening of drink specials and dancing. Emily provided awesome service and made our night even more enjoyable. Band was great! Will be back again real soon!

If I could give this hotel a zero I would NO stars. Cody at the front desk was the extremely rude and sarcastic. Had To move from the six floor to the fourth floor because there was roof work being done ... loud noise and they thought they were doing us a favor so we had to re-pack everything and move down. Then said they took us in five hours early when checking in when the room was already done and said they did us a favor by doing that. REALLY!! they didn t do any favors that was just rude again at the front desk. This hotel needs to get better customer service at the front desk specially Cody. She wouldn t give me another managers name to talk to ...just wished me a sarcastic merry Christmas

Lots of fun, we had a great time. The band was Awesome. Bartenders Were wonderful .

It's very nice, comfortable. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The po is ablsolutely lovely and the surrounding area is nice.

Mike, the bartender from Wisconsin, is a true gem. He will guide you on what's good, and goes the extra mile to ensure your happiness. Give this man a raise!

Great hotel!! Staff was very friendly especially Kenneth who looked out for me while we stayed there It was close to a lot of resturants and the resturant on the property called ocean flame was sooo good...Be sure to taste the prime rib. We stayed December 7-10 and we were highly satisfied. Definitely recommend also the entertainment wasn't loud very good atmosphere!!

This place is terrible. The staff treat you like you re not welcome there. You get assaulted by another patron and the staff does not care. The food is way over priced. The rooms are average. Don t buy drinks. They re expensive, small, and have very small amounts of alcohol in them. Had two Long Island ice teas and didn t even feel any affect. Normally two of those and I m done. Avoid this place, it s nothing but hype. There are many nicer places nearby.

Hurricane relief. Not here. One hundred sixty five for a room for eight hours to sleep in after Irma on thursday night. Plus fifty for incidentals ? Twenty to carry my over night bag from the front door to the elevator. No wonder they had vacancies while the rest of the county's hotels were full. Unbelievable but sadly true. Should be ashamed of themselves. Horrendous hospitality. Just shameful .

If you enjoy screaming loud music until 1:00 a.m., drunks, and a valet service (that you didn't ask for) then this is the place for you. Not for individuals with children.

Clean room, great view, bartender at the bars were great, and good club.

My stay at Shephard s resort was of itself just ok. Our group (rather large) booked about 26 rooms, for mostly 4 days each. That is a lot of hotel nights....rooms were nice, pool very nice, service could have been better. We opted for the breakfast buffet which was advertised as a full buffet. I guess though that only held for Sunday. I requested from the chef, 2 fried eggs on Wednesday, he told me that he only did this deed on Sundays and that there was plenty of scrambled eggs in the warmer....is there a difference between Sunday guests and the poor smacks who stay during the week?... we have taken this group each year for a veterans reunion all over the country for 31 yrs.,. I would not go back to Shephards again

I always enjoy the view and atmosphere on the deck. I plan on doing the Ocean Flame next visit. The buffet looks and smells amazing!

If you like 93 degree weather with no water, a server who forgets your drinks and brings you warm beer & cocktails, doesn t bring menus, clears your plates half filled with food without being our consent then this is the place for you!! The only hustle I saw was when it came time for our server to collect her tips and clock out. My friends and I frequent Clearwater beach and pay good money for good service. This has happened too many times and won t be back for a while, if at all.

Didn't go to the hotel, but to the jet ski place (wave runner rentals). I was extremely impressed with their service. Would recommend.

The best place to stay and party for 4th or July and Memorial Day!!

Faced few rude people apart from that it's a good place to drink or eat

It can be a good place to go party, just be prepared to spend more money than you want

Dope atmosphere! Beach bar, and club at night. EDM and hiphop music, Sunday's are the best days to go here for sure!

Great selection of food at the restaurant. Atmosphere is relaxed and there was a live band. Great view of the ocean.

It's beautiful here and it's a lot of fun this is the number one place on Clearwater beach which is ranked number 1 in the world. They have concerts here and an amazing buffet. It's very awesome

Had a great time here celebrating our Anniversary and a birthday outside dancing last spring. Was there early for dinner outside. Food was basically frozen to fried food. Pricey for just chicken fingers and fries. I ended up not eating because everything was fried. Later having drinks and dancing I noticed that every drink was really watered down. I know my mixers and what my favorite drink tastes like. I even asked if my drink could be stronger. It was just slightly stronger one time. I could tell the liqueur was watered down, glasses just full of ice. So I asked for no ice and still liqueur was watered down, all I tasted was soda. I spent over $50. for "soda pop drinks". I was literally sober when we left, not that I was trying to get wasted at all. I am 48, it was my 20th anniversary. So no dinner, and had 8 drinks and was sober. That explains it all. Had a great time though dancing and everyone of every age were all having a great time. Did not stay overnight or have dinner inside (wait time was 2 hours).

Ate at the buffet... for $39.95 a plate and a forced gratuity of 18% it should have tasted a lot better than it did. Not impressed. Definitely wont be returning. Much better food right down the road.

Went for Thanksgiving Eve party best later light show. Rum buckets were on point. Great night!!!

The most disrespectful people I have ever met. Denied 4 of us because Arizona license expiration date. They then threatened us with felonies and to call the police if they were fake we agreed to this knowing we had real ID. Being 4 U.S Marines we offered to show our military IDs which they refused to look at. They then just refused to serve us or have them scanned and had a man follow us out of the bar.

Fun place to hand out have a few drinks. Live bands and watch the sunset. Right in the beach.

The black guy who use to work the door was awesome and.knew how to take care of stuff. The Chinese girl is worthless and complicated stuff coming in trying to double charge me . Unexpectable . I will never come here again

This was a great place to go for a bachelor party. The resort had everything we needed on site, so no worries about getting around once the party started. Great food, excellent accommodations, and a top notch atmosphere.

When voicing our concerns about getting our money back that was not supposed to be taken off a card TAYLOR the so called manager laughed at us and took our concern as a joke if I could give 0 stars to customer service I would

The scene, the vibe; the band, while its live. Nice people, tasty drinks; all incredible, no kinks.

Stayed twice and would do a 3rd time. Great views and valet are super quick and nice.

Great Sunday brunch buffet and awesome nightlife club. We head a great time!
