Very important for people, also not Muslim can visit it. This is a place of prayer and therefore it is obligatory to respect the rules of education and respect. The staff is very courteous and, if necessary, can deliver temporary clothes.

It was amazing before, now is just extremely crowded, you need to walk kilometers to just see that everything has been restricted from public and you are just on the run to do pictures and to give them the tickets for scan.

Marvellous place to take great photos. To get a good photos I recommend you to go there around 9am to 10am. Or after dark.

I can highly recommenda visit of Abu dhabis great mosque. It was a lifetime experience to visit it! You have to enter through one of the blue bobbles around the mosque. Females will get traditional inspired capes in different colors at the entrance for free. The way to the main entrance has AC, as well as some inner parts of the mosque. During a sidewalk you will be outside as well as inside and you can stay as long as you want. At the picture spots you can take as many photos as you want. Entering the mosque is for free and it's possible to visit for older and disabled with cards too.

Top place to visit in Abu Dhabi, best time to visit is before sunset

This is such a beautiful place. If you are anywhere in the vicinity, DO NOT miss this mosque! Entrance is free. If you are female, you'll likely need to get an abaya to cover up to the ankles and wrists. They give this to you at the entrance for free, (supposedly dry cleaned in between people,) if they see that your outfit needs more coverage. It has a hood for head coverage, but we saw many people in their abaya with their own head scarf.
Inside the mosque, there are certain areas that are only for people who are actually there to pray. Other than that, walk around and take your photos!

The new mosque in Abu Dhabi is named after a visionary man, a statesman, who made his country an example to follow in various orders for the rulers of many countries of the world. The mosque is very attractive for tourists, as it is distinguished by its special beauty in which it combines the characteristic features of traditional mosques with a rich exterior and interior decoration, both in walls covered with white marble and in floors and walls decorated with floral motifs in marbles of different colors, magnificent crystal lamps, and includes a splendid colonnade with the arches of Islamic Arabic architecture but at the same time with an air of modernity. All this makes it a must for tourists.

A remarkable piece of structure. The beauty of this lovely mosque is un-explainable. Getting there will take you time but it's worth it. The mosque was packed with tourists on Friday and the experience was quite beautiful.

Oh, what a magnificent place! I was surprise to be able to enter, in other muslim countries they don t allow non muslimn inside mosques. Words are a few to try to describe this amazing building. What I liked a lot is the fact that the staff is so kind and they do their best to help you no matter your nationality. This beautiful mosque is a must when Abu Dhabi! p.s averything is free, but a a woman you must wear abaya :)

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is the biggest mosque in middle east, Located in Abudhabi. No restriction for any religion. Need to be follow special dress code inside mosque , available at the entrance of mosque with free of cost. The granite design and the pillars of mosque is amazing. The weaven floor mat is also great to see.

UAE largest mosque. Its a long relaxing in our minds. Grand iftar kits is available on all days in Ramadan.

Serene beautiful mosque. Completely white structure. The carpet used in the mosque is the world's largest carpet. There are many chandeliers, each with different designs and intricities. The girls are given a abya to wear at the entrance. It has a hood attached. Need to take out shoe before entering. Best time to visit is during sunset.

You need to catch the guide, hen only will you understand the history of where each piece of tile and stone came from. Check their site for visiting hours and guided tours.

Plenty of parking space. Please come respectfully dressed.
The mosque is opened on all days except during prayer hours where you will need to wait for a few moments. There is a checking prior to entering the mosque and you are also provided with burqua or khandoora if you need one.

This is my dream place and visiting always. This time attended in iftar with 30 thousands of guests served by grand mosque. Alhamdulillah. Amazing place with fantastic management. Every corner of this great architecture is so modern and beautiful colour combinations. . I will visit soon again and again.

as everyone says, it is a must visit architect when you visit abudhabi. all white exterior is unique with luxurious decor inside. although the security staffs are little bit oppressive, what do you expect in abu dhabi? do not forget not to dress too revealed.

What a lovely place to be at. Love how the hues of sky matches with the mosque and make a awesome pair to witness with your eyes. It you want to take pictures be there early morning, you will end up find yourselfz just mosque and hues of sky.

Amazing, beautiful place. it's really a must if you ever visit Abu Dhabi and during the evening it's 100% recommended. Ps: they lend the burka for the women without cost but it's definitely needed to enter.

A serene and beautiful mosque which looks majestic from every angle. The white marble shines bright in the sunlight highlighting the intricate designs and patterns in the carvings. It also houses one of the largest carpets in the world spreading across all prayer Halls. The area is spacious with gardens all around the mosque.

Absolutely beautiful. Women must wear long sleeve top and long pants. Women cannot wear a white top. Wish I had known that. My tour guide gave me an abaja to wear.

A must-see in Emirates. Walking through this mosque is a true pleasure for the senses. Maybe the main hall is a bit too lavish, but the exterior and side arcades are magnificent and subtle. Make sure you take the free guided tour as it's really informative and also is the only option for a non-muslim to enter the main prayer hall.

This mosque is a MUST visit. Peaceful and relaxing and amazing architecture. It has also got to be the most well maintained and clean places I have ever visited. Try visiting and wearing white socks, and then look at your white socks after walking around on the ground and you will see what I mean. Truly beautiful place.

Beautiful masjid. Good example of ottoman and modern design. Well maintained and is open for all. But you must have a dress code. You can take pictures. Strict security check and under surveillance

This is an incredible mosque. It's a piece of white art, pure marble and golden ornaments. It has the world's largest chandelier, the world's largest hand woven carpet and it's simply unbelievable. You need to see it during sunset, this is a magical moment. Go and visit it. THE landmark of Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, is a majestic architectural place to visit in the UAE. This marble wonder is a treat to eyes. Non-Muslims also can enter inside the mosque and enjoy this marvel. women has to wear abaya (which will be provided for the needed ones from the mosque premise) loads of parking space scenic surroundings, etc are major attractions

Well build and well maintained place. Ample parking space. The site is accessible to men and women of all faiths.
They've battery/electric operated buggies which can pick up and drop visitors between two main points.
The place attracts alot of crowd towards late evenings and holidays/weekends so best to chose weekdays.
The design and construction is wonderful with alot of artwork and a guided tour would give more insights.

A wonderful and well organised visit. We took a guided tour, which was very interesting. We got to see parts of the mosque that one would otherwise not see. If you go visit I would strongly recommend taking the tour.

It was not fully opened during asr prayers we could have seen the beautiful interiors
