Shastina Golf Inn Review

I live here, so I might be a little biased. The golf course is in fantastic shape. The bar and restaurant are fair to good most of the time. If you are a golfer it is definitely worth the trip.

Woman waitress was a rude & stuck up, talking about customers while they could hear her.... Didnt like that .... Food well it was great thats why they are getting 3 stars service was no good but food yes amazing

Doing everything they can to accommodate peoples wishes during this pandemic..Great staff &food.

I mostly play the 9 hole Scotty course for good reason!
There's hardly anyone there, most players go for the 18 hole main course at Shastina, plus I really like the open Links style course. You really need to stay on the fairway, left or right will put you into the unyielding sage bushes which means you'll probably have to take a drop.
There's two very makeable par 5s and
2 par 3s, so it's a great full-size nine-hole course and at $25 with a cart, it's a real bargain. For my money, it's the best 9 hole course in Siskiyou county!

Golf course is so fun, always in great shape. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Food is great too. I've been coming almost 25 years and it's one of my favorite places in the world. And of course there's glorious Mt Shasta...

For two nights we spent 300 euros: wi fi not working (not even in the restaurant), the kitchen is not provided even though there is a dishwasher missing the crockery. Not enough to cook a meal ... there wasn't even a bottle opener . Beautiful view of Mount Shasta but without a mosquito net you can't enjoy the evening breeze ... the refrigerator makes a loud noise all the time. poor cleaning: in the bathroom we find hair from previous tenants encrusted in limestone. The standard is really low for the asking price, to know before we took a motel.

Under new mgmt. Headed in the right direction. Good wait staff. Chef open to serving food to the diners preference.

The location and the condo is good..but a bit old and creeky floor...be careful with the outlets and switches. .cleanliness is good. Except the carpet .looks old and dirty.needs some renovation ..not so good for kids to roam without slippers..limited kitchenware.. lookout from condo is good and mornings are beautiful...apart from some things like odd smell outside the condo everything is good for a stay..

My salad was yummy and my hubby liked his burger a lot. Only been there once but will go back. They have take out pizza that is really good.

We had the best time. We played the back nine for the first time. We had the course to ourselves...no pressure.

We had lunch..cheeseburgers which were really good. We will be back!

Course is nice and well maintained. Condos are extremely out dated and over priced. Carts are clean but worn.

Would be 4 stars, but the mixed drinks were lacking substantially, and the greens were fairly soft. Course was in pretty good condition given its the middle of janurary. The staff was awesome as always.

It's nice little short course. Well maintained. The staff is friendly. The greens are very small. The fairways are open for the most part.

Food was very good and reasonable. Great view on back patio, looking down on golf course.

Went for the hubby's office Christmas dinner. It can feel a bit cramped in there. My salmon was amazing, his steak wasn't even cooked. It was nauseating. I've had better dinners there before. Great service tho. Great staff!
