Beautiful hopsital, does a great job for patients. Definitely the best hospital in Israel. Has a nice little mall inside too.

The doctors may be great, but they are overworked. My doctors have no time for me. My oncologist has been so busy, that it is practically impossible to reach her. I feel like she disappeared from the face of the earth. The system is clearly terrible, when the doctors are too overworked to respond to a patient's personal health crisis. She may be a great doctor, but if you can't reach her, it is almost worthless. And, my orthopedist wrote up that I need a biopsy to see if I have cancer. This is the slowest process I have ever seen. It's almost a week later, and the biopsy has not yet been scheduled. They think we are a statistic, not a person.

It is a real disgrace that this is how a medical institution is run. There is no parking anywhere. Not outside either. With a pregnant woman need hours to look for a place. And the parking is also scandalously managed. There is no orderly exit from the parking lot, only one exit gate and no manpower to operate even though the parking costs money and quite a bit

I arrived at the hospital on Monday night (15.7.2019) with severe pain in my ears as a result of acute inflammation. They were very considerate of my condition and after two hours they put me in the ENT department. Dr. Mero Geta received me with the utmost tenderness and feeling, although the initial treatment was painful, naturally, he made every effort to treat me with great apology that he regretted having to hurt me.I was hospitalized in the ward and continued my treatment Dr. Hadassah Ben Yehuda, "Angel" is too weak and weak to describe it. So gentle that she seemed to be just fluttering and all inside an inflamed, sore ear. She, too, like Dr. Geta, apologized endlessly for hurting me, all of her dripping with empathy, devotion, and a sincere desire to avoid pain as much as possible.I was hospitalized for five days, most of the time using painkillers that did not always help, All of them, without exception, did everything to ease me up from the nurses who were not afraid that I appeared after midnight and asked for a painkiller, on the contrary they told me that it was better for me to take them so that I could fall asleep, the clerks who made an effort to help as much as they could , Every problem that has arisen - even the cleaning workers - everyone deserves only praise and praise, and I am very happy That I chose to be hospitalized at Shaare Zedek and the entire medical staff warmed my heart to its very existence and undoubtedly contributed to my recovery.

A large and central hospital in central Jerusalem has all the wards needed for a hospital, a large parking lot (for a fee of course, and this is the annoying part because they charge 20 NIS for 20 minutes or more), the doctors treat well and the level of doctors is high. A large maternity ward with 4 wards (A, B, C, D (new)) The place is also accessible by public transportation and is close to the neighborhoods (unlike Hadassah Ein Krem which is very far from the city) ..

This is the best hospital in Israel! I was there and the treatment of respectable patients was better than Hadassah

I had a baby in bikur cholim something was wrong transferred to shaare zedek they did the tests here we ended up transporting to America In Cincinnati childrens but we were there for 2 weeks until we transferred it generally was a pleasant experience most of the nurses and doctors were really accommodating and helpful I did have a few run ins with staff over there but I attributed it to understaffing just be respectful but very firm with the doctors and nurses if you want a report they can give you a runaround but overall most of them were amazing most of the nurses really were very sweet and caring

Not on us. But unfortunately we were there once or twice.
Parking: Very difficult to find. And for no less than NIS 20. There is parking in the vineyard, but you have to walk a bit.
Elevators: Clumsy and take time.
Nurses & Doctors Service: In my opinion the place does it with a smile. All the nurses and doctors I met there are doing holy work.
Cleanliness: Improved
Guest accommodation: unfamiliar
Smoking areas: None. NIS 1000 fine for smokers. And there are inspectors.
Shops: Food: 2nd floor. 4th floor . And 8th floor.

Very bad hospital if I was able to give 0 stars i would .. my mom was admitted because her hemoglobin was getting lower and lower .. they left her in the ER hallway without a room for her whole stay .. refused to do any tests and told her to go home and book an appointment !! Because they think that her case wasn't Urgent and they were so rude ... they were later convinced that her case was urgent after her losing conscious for more than 1 hour ! And guess what they did only one test after that!! And they diagnosed her with ulcers and left her to go home tired and not being able to stand alone... and after 1 month when she didnt get better we took her to another hospital and they did the tests needed !!! And we discover that she has a serious type of cancer !! If any of the doctors could have cared enough they would have been able to diagnose her ... she had bleeding and was very tired and had serious symptoms they just didnt do whats needed and were careless .... and she also caught a serious infection in her hand from the hospital ...

In Israel, a hospital is a type of party. Every minute, a clown or a beggar or a beggar or just someone who decides to give something in between will see a drained doctor or nurse who has been working for a month. The chance of a cure is lower than the chance of catching some fatal virus from a neighbor in the room but not boring and making many new friends. The entry as usual in our country is actually a kind of mall and one can spend the hospitalization time pleasantly. The staff is half Jewish and half Muslim and so on Saturday there is nothing but maybe this is the only day there is a little quiet to heal.

Well run hospital but as with all the hospitals today it's crowded.

Good hospital. Reception is not the best in the city. The maternity ward is one of the best. I was in consultation with a professor of medicine, I was very pleased. I recommend the court not to fall. But if you got here then know that you are in good hands.

From the Tel Aviv Haganah train station I arrived by train in Jerusalem. It is very close to the main bus station, by light rail contacts to Shari Tzedek Hospital.

Full service 800+bed facility. Emergency services,state of art imaging services, outstanding oncology department. And they are expanding. Easy to get to with public transportation and ample parking. The overall feel in this hospital is that they truly care about the individual.
