Working at SGF Global was a mixed experience. There were some challenges, but overall, it was a good opportunity for professional development. The company provided decent benefits and the work-life balance was manageable.

I worked for them for about a year and was never paid on time. They don't know what jobs pay in the oil field and wont listen to you about how you get paid. Nobody at the offices care about you, i was told to look for work on my own so i did and needed a contracting company. SGF was informed by me on that issue and they still took more then they should have since i found the work not them. They are a joke, even when i worked for them in iraq they never paid on time or in full, they always had an excuse as to why they couldn't pay.
